Told me they were out of pizza then took a order for pizza after me and forgot to make my sandwich. If had any alternative I would skip this place
I love the mocha smoothie which is the only reason I come, the customer service here really lacks.. no matter what time of day, they are all very rude and don't seem to care..
The food I do recommend but not curbside. They take way too long to take the food out, it’s the 2nd time I order curbside and it’s also the 2nd time I had to go inside to get my food while it’s just sitting there. Drive thru moves faster than curbside.
My Experience at Tropical smoothie Cafe was great. The Have a really friendly staff and the food and smoothies was real good.
Cheap quality on food. Too pricey.
Don't buy a soda here! Holy Crap! $7 for 2 medium sodas!
