my sons steak was raw send it back and they reheated it. still raw and tough as heck. by the time it was brought back everyone at the table had finished eating.
Not sure what has happened over the past few months. My wife and I come here very often, and we love the food and drinks, but lately service has sucked. we went the other day, and the waitress took forever to see us and bring our food, when the food got to us, it was super cold, but did not say much cause we didn't want to wait longer for them to re do it, then to top it off the table that was behind us there was a family that left and left some food behind, bust boys came to "clean up" but whilst doing so they were playing with the food and sticking it their fingers in it, then i noticed the waitress that was hosting that table came and grabbed the to-go box that they were playing with and possibly take it to the people that were sitting there?? kinda gross... makes you wonder what's going on in the kitchen.
Great food food quick friendly and wonderful service our server was Jason he was thorough with our order and everything came out in a timely manner even with it being g a full house.(also staff went outta their way to help me find a lost bracelet, thanks y'all! )
Terrible service, dry steaks, dirty plates and cups. Employees are always just standing around instead of being attentive to tables. Obviously it’s not their fault. Just poor management and owner that’s overseeing everything. Steak came out wrong temp for me and my guest.
We visited Harligen Tx. and had dinner at Texas Roadhouse and the food and service was great. I felt the need to tip our waitress very nicely because of the great quality of service that she provided.
Great steak and shrimp. They sang Happy Birthday to my granddaughter.
As always all Texas Roadhouses are always packed but this one needs more coordination on how to make room for your guest that are waiting and not all in the entrance and look like a huge cluster [email protected]#K! People that are called in trying to get through and people arriving trying to sign up. Its ridiculous. What was the sence of making that extra room to the left as you enter, open it so people can wait and the entrance be clear or tell them wait in your car till we text you it's time to come in. To plz cooperate and have the entrance clear. The waiting for food is long but that's fine at least it was cooked as I asked and not cold. I was satisfied with the service I cant complain abt my waiter he was very good.
Awesome service and the best steaks pound for pound, for the price. Can't go wrong with the prime rib here.
