The customer service was horrible. There was only employee but he was super slow. He took like 15 minutes on making two sandwiches. Not only that but they were low on veggies in which he literally put two pickles on my sandwich instead of getting more. Never again
I see two people working the sandwich bar. As soon as I walk in I’m told I have to wait 20 minutes for one sandwich because they have online orders. What kind of service is this? Since when do online orders take priority over the actual customer standing right in front of them. Couldn’t one of them help me out while the other works the online orders? Keep in mind I was the only customer. Disappointed!
I would coming here because of how clean and nice the employees were but today was a horrible experience. When I went in there was trash on the floor and it seemed sticky. The employee was super rude and stated he could not sell to me because he ran out of parchment paper. I didn't get bothered because of the lack of product but instead the way he said it. He continued to say he could make it but not toast it. Which I normally do not toast my sanchwich so I was okay with. The wrapping process was horrible as well. Because he didn't have the correct size papers and when it came time to pay he charged me and went straight to back. I was struggling to get anything other then syrup in my cup and decided to just leave because I didn't know how to call him. I eneded up going to a gas station to get water for my syrup drink.
One of the few Subways that has 3 employees at any giving time. Service is reasonable. Portions are decent alsoNo skimping here
This place ia horrible. I asked for my sandwich to be toasted. I came home and the chicken was cold. It didn't taste the same. Mask were not properly worn by the employees. They had their mask pulled down. The soup tasted as if it has been refused. I had to toss them away. A waste of money.
I called all around town looking for at least 6 white chocolate chip cookies around 5pm. Just. The. White. chocolate. Cookies. Pregnancy cravings are reeaallll. No one had any and they all said they wouldn't make any more for the rest of the day. I called 5 stores and They all tried to sell me oatmeal raisin or Raspberry cheesecake cookies. I called this location, and the young man who answered the phone stated they had 4 left and graciously offered to make me more if needed. i drove all the way across town but they saved the day and had my cookies ready, and this preggo didn't end up in tears without her cookies. Thank you ?
I went to order a sandwich for my niece. A footlong whole wheat, ham, American cheese, and mayo. She ate it all! :)
Came to the restaurant to order some food was advised they are closed i ask when would open again said in 30 minutes time was 715 to 720 had bad experience previously with the male worker as well no apology
