Came in with my family not aware the establishment was closing soon no big deal,but Samantha the cashier let us know when we were already seated and getting ready to eat that the dining room was closed and we would not be able to eat there. A friendly “the dining room is closed but we are taking takeout orders would’ve been helpful.” Employees just need to learn how to communicate better.
Very bad customer service. A young girl that you have employed here, Jasmine, has no service experience. She charges customers before they are ready to finalize their order, is not willing to accommodate guests request for substitutions, she throws napkins into guests hands, and laughs with her coworkers when a customer is unhappy. There used to be two amazing young guys who worked here amd were always chatting with customers and showing good customer service. I'm you are happy employing people with poor customer service and no experience, you should rethink your hiring process.
Very good food and service, usually hit the one in Rio Hondo but this one was way more on point
Food was molded it was filthy n glad i saw the mold on chicken before proceeding with my order
Horrible customer service. There was a rude and angry lady. She wasn’t happy at all to take care of our order. She was throwing kitchen utensils from side to side. and refusing my requests for exemplar to toast my spinach tortilla a little bit. We order two drink and after paid then we noticed there was not ice. We told her and she was more angry and just told us you need to read there is saying it. I can’t do nothing about it. That was the worst customer service experience in my life. Please subway owner your food is good but take care of customer service.
Went to eat at this Subway. I haven't had Subway in a long time. It was really hot in there. You need to please fix air con. And there was no spoons for the soup. Please order more spoons. I would have liked to eat my soup with my sandwich. You need to have spoons for soup And the employees need to wear their mask right when preparing the sandwiches please. Other then that The employee that made my sandwich was really nice and helpful. He did a good job with my sandwich and took time to look for spoons in the back. My sandwich was good. I still recommend Subway
Went for the daily special on Monday. They have no teriyaki chicken which it was cool. Got a different sandwich and when I get to the toppings. They had pretty much nothing! I saw the girl restocking thinking she will bring more. Man was I wrong! The guy tells me we are out of this and that after he toasted my sandwich. I tell the guy thank you but I don’t want it no more. The guy looks at the chick and they both start laughing because I cancel the order. Tell me Subway why did you employees find that funny?
I ordered my subs and they prepared them as I had asked. When I was ready to pay one of the subs fell to the floor and the guy didn't want to redo it, arguing that nothing touched the floor.
Sign says they close at 10 but they were closed by 9:30. Called several times and took them 3 tries to answer the phone.
Went Tues 5/18/21-715 N. Exprwy 77- very bad service only 2 wheat footlong bread available for any customer coming in(7:30pm), no soups, no ice in machine, 2 female employees didn't seem enthusiastic about seeing customers come in, the food prep line looked dirty. Won't even rate Subway, manager needs to make sure 2nd shift is stocked adequately and get rid of dead weight employees, have to put a star in order to post, reluctantly.
