Never had a problem with my orders. Staff are very friendly.
Some barista(s) at this place need to resign if they’re going to have an unpleasant attitude towards their customers. Very disgraceful.
We went there to celebrate friends birthday. Mari the manager was awesome to our party of 5. The staff was great too. Drinks were all delicious.

Went through the drive-thru at 12:00pm. I didn’t know what I wanted so I explained to the cashier what kind of drink I was looking he suggested something and IT WAS PERFECT. Exactly what I was looking for ? great service and it was ready by the time we reached the window! I love this Starbucks! Definitely the best service in Harlingen. Keep it up guys! ????
Great coffee quality but there are times that they forget some items. Would recommend to check your items before leaving the restaurant. But other than that, it's a great place for studying and enjoying your day
I only go when I'm gifted a gift card by friends or family but the ability to order via the app and pick up is awesome. I don't recommend waiting in the drive thru unless you have time to kill I guess lol
I went by the drive thru this morning and I was assisted by Eunice let me just say she has OUTSTANDING customer service! I had a wonderful experience this morning y'all pay her a visit when you have the opportunity you won't regret it!
Jojo, and Bethany are an absolute plus to this location. In fact it is the only thing that keeps my blood from boiling while waiting for 30 plus minutes for iced coffee. It is not their fault as I have learned they are the only coffee house let alone with a drive thru in the area. With no dunkin donuts as competition the cars flooding this place is pretty impressive. Idk if it is under staffed or just plain packed but as I have mentioned to the barista's, it is busier than Manhatten which is impressive.
Sat at the drive up window, looking at my coffee order (getting colder by the minute) while the clerk busied himself taking an order for a car 3 or 4 back, which apparently was complicated because it took quite sometime. I did still tip but wasn't pleased with tepid latte.
