Well this was one major disappointment. The bacon on bacon double quarter pounder was a mess. Bacon way over cooked, meat was cold and to much sauce and mayo. Also ordered the bag of ice which has gone up on price, just recently I found out their competitor sells it cheaper and..... well I just leave it at that and say this. Sonic you're letting me down!!!!

They complete messed up my order. I asked for 2 crispy chicken sandwiches. I got 1 so 1 ig my kids had to share. I asked for a bacon double cheeseburger meal. I got something w an onion ring and toast. I understand it's busy but when I said something they just wanted to charge me extra for the change that they messed up.

1. Poor customer service. No greeting no upsell2. Lot was dirty.3. Trash cans overfill4. 23 second reply time.5. Total Ave time for my order was almost 9 mins. Over double what it should be.Sonic Moto is out the door in under 4 minutes. Reply time should be 3 seconds at most 5 seconds for employees yo answer the speaker anyways. It wasn’t busy. Total of 2 in drive and 3 in stalls. During breakfast 6am-11am.Long waits cold food. Subpar service.Mystery shop scores here has to be bad.
