Arriving around 7pm on a Tuesday, I expected it to be busier based on the recommendation I was given. It turns out it's much busier during lunch hours. I had the seafood sampler platter and it was phenomenal. Hot, and everything tasted fresh and tender. It was so plentiful, I had to take about half back to the hotel room with me. I will definitely return.
Searching for seafood and seeing reviews, this small eatery delivered an exceptional experience. The service was friendly and the shrimp and fish platters we had were delicious. Fish soup for first course was tasty as were the dessert cupcakes that finished our meals. Very good value for the money and many choices on their menu.
We hadn't been to this place in about 2 years. We were happy to find that the food was tastier than ever. Fried fish nuggets and shrimp were perfectly seasoned and battered. I particularly enjoyed their buffet, it was priced reasonably, everything looked and tasted fresh and it simply did not disappoint. Service was friendly and very prompt. I was pleased that even though we arrived well over the lunch hour, they continued to refill the buffet table with hot fish and shrimp out of the kitchen. Great lunch!
We visited this place for their buffet. Price was WAY worth what we were able to enjoy. Although the buffet is small, everything was awesome and fresh. We enjoyed ceviche, seafood soup, fresh fried fish, steamed fresh, fresh fried shrimp and more. 13.99 lunch buffet and although small, was way more worth it than golden corral!We will definitely be coming back!

I WANT TO GIVE THEM -5shrimp n fries basket had no taste ! it seemed like the shrimp were heated up in the microwave because they turn hard & cold quickly (food that is microwaved its hot when you get it but turns hard and cold very quickly). fries were hot . Expensive Lunch !! I don't mind paying if the food is good. sticking to EL MUELLE 37 or Blue Marlin in Harlingen !!!

Best seafood in Harlingen. They have a seafood buffet on Thursdays and Fridays which is good value but I prefer the individual fish or shrimp plates/combos as you can order them extra crispy.
Fish and hush puppies were awesome. The shrimp was pretty good. Service was great:
