Received order late. It was not hot, pizza looked as if it was thrown around. I was charged twice. When i called the manager he said he didnt have time to help me.
Everything we ordered was delicious!!! Pizza, Cheese sticks and Honey BBQ wings!!! Delivered was on time and still hot!!! Love Pizza Hut!!!

I had 20 cold fries in my order, that I paid almost 5 dollars for, the breadsticks were drowning in grease and the pasta was cold. I will NEVER order from this restaurant again.
We placed an order back in October, and they messed up our pizza. My mom called & they told her we would have a credit. She kept the receipt, and when we called today to order, all of a sudden there's no record of it and the call was mysteriously gone as they told us they keep all calls. I was right there next to her when she called as it was on speaker. DONT OFFER A CREDIT FOR YOUR MISTAKE IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO KEEP RECORD TO HONOR IT!!! IF I COULD RATE ZERO I WOULD.
I called this pizza hutt 20mins before the delivery time said to cancel my order due to it going to be delivered to the wrong address and the pizza hutt was in the wrong location then I'm in. The worker told me he had canceled the order. I get a call saying the pizza was delivered so I called pizza hutt again and they tell me they didn't cancel my order they canceled someone else's order and I was still going to have to pay even though it was the wrong address and I did not get it so someone else ate my pizza that I have to pay for so unhappy with the service. The guy on the phone just keep saying he was confused ? ?
