Like and enjoy the pizza from here, but today for sure was a very busy night for them...We arrived in to find out we have to wait a while longer., plus there were 6 car also in a head of us, plus more arriving.
I ordered online with a debit cardand my order stated to be ready to show my credit card when delivery person arrived. Well i got tracking that it was out on route but never got here.called pizza hut that they delivered it which it wasnt.turns out they delivered to wrong house and i let them know about debit card.they said they dont do that. So i would suggests to be more strict on that. I had to wait another 30 mins for my order.
The pizza hut in Commerce, Harlingen Texas actually cooks the pizza. Making it better than the one in San Benito Texas which they seem to either undercook or burn their pizza.
Staff is always very nice. The pizza hot and always delicious. This is my pizza hut, even though I live on other side of town.
The pizza I received was practically burnt. The cheese on the pizza was just crispy and tasted burnt. I am going to a different pizza hut next time. This is the second time this particular pizza hut has overcooked the pizza.
Salad was old and leaves were dark around the edges. I had requested for thousand island and I got a different dressing. Threw out my salad. Horrible
I placed an online order at a time that they were not busy, about 1:35 pm. The App showed the process and gave a delivery time of 2:11 pm. At 2:30 pm I called and was told that it just got out of the oven. The App did not show this. The pizza came at 2:50 pm, and I live just across the street. It also looks a little bit burnt.
I ordered the meat lovers and all the meat was in the middle of the pizza. It was as off they threw the meat on their. All of the meat was falling off because it wasn’t spread correctly. Usually when we order it comes out great. Other than that pizza was good.
I would like a reorder at no cost to me . There was hardly no pizza sauce and very little cheese. I have ordered izza from this location for years and never had this issue before.
The lady who was working at the window or orders was rude. When my order was wrong she said I am not a cook and slammed the window. Very uncalled for. Poor training
