I DO NOT KNOW WTH HAS HAPPENED TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! Ordered dinner tonight and received a cold, hard pizza. I’ve been using this establishment for about 30 years, maybe more because it was the 1st Pizza Hut here in Harlingen and have never received what I picked up tonight. FAMILY AND I WERE VERY DISSATISFIED. WILL NEVER EVER BUY PIZZA FROM PIZZA HUT AGAIN!!!! EVER!! We should’ve ordered from the Pizzaria. Always satisfied there. They have great food and great service.
My daughter and I had great dinner. The pizza was perfectly made. Young lady at the register was very polite and made us feel welcome. Thank you all for your hard work, it's appreciated ❤️
Over all good service. Arrived on time. But there is always room for improvement to achieve strongly agree.

This Pizza Hut has restored my faith in Pizza Hut pizzas. The one by my house on Commerce is horrible. I didn't realize how bad it was until i gave up ordering from there and started driving the extra distance to this Pizza Hut. It's worth the extra miles! I just had a thin and crispy and it was the best ever. This is my go to Pizza Hut from now on.
MAKE the order the way i want, i could not make out which was pepperoni lovers & which was single topping pepperoni. AND if I mark as little sauce then it should be obvious which one it is. AND it WAS not. This is not the first time this has happened and I gave another chance. The pizza is not cut all the way thru so i have to cut myself, the appearance is very messy and I cannot eat a pizza that has too much sauce, that is why I select little sauce and I cannot eat a pizza dripping with grease. The grease is soo much it leaked out and stained my tablecloth. we asked for the pizza to be crispy and when you pick up a slice it falls down.

My husband prefers Pizza Hut. He likes the hand tossed the best. With buttery garlic of course.
Order was not fulfilled correctly. 2 pizzas were made incorrectly. Toppings were wrong and cheese bread was over cooked.
