One word: ChaosEdit: Gave this an unfair rating of 2 stars based solely on customer antics.Though it is pure chaos walking in; I have had nothing but good experiences with the employees. I've seen how fast paced the job is and have noticed the employees work well to get the food out quickly. Tables are clean and the game area is kept clean as well.
The staff here has patience for kids..
great food and family environment
I usually love it here but it takes forever to get your food , if you order multiple dishes they’ll give you half first then the rest later but usually they totally forget your other half of dishes and you have to go back and remind them. Plus the line is always crazy long. Don’t come unless you have time to kill.
PPP and I have a love-hate relationship. Lol, I love the pizza, but hate that I turn into a big kid in the arcade and blow through so much money! Lol, good place for food and fun!
The Pizza is So Good I'm Rarely Satisfied with 2 Slices!
Due to COVID, my family and I haven’t gotten the chance to dine in. But, that doesn’t stop us from having Peter Piper Pizza. We order to go and pick up our pizza from the Harlingen location. All the times we have picked up and eaten our pizza at home, we have not been disappointed once. So cheesy, so good.
The time to order and receive pizza was long. Bumper cars were not working. Place was clean and pizza was good. Kids loved it.
It's a lot like Chuck E Cheese except they don't have the group stamp system to ensure kiddos leave with the same group they came with. The pizza choices were limited but tasty, salad bar was nice, fountain drink choices were good. The only thing I didn't like about the drinks was that we were told they didn't have lids or straws. We had kiddos in our party and no lids equals spills. Overall it was a good experience. Kiddos loved the arcade.
