An awesome dining experience.
We dined in and there was only about 5 people eating when we got there. The order kiosk wasn't taking payments so I had to pay at the counter. No one was there to take payments and the employees just stared at me. I tried getting their attention for about 5 minutes but was ignored. Finally a cashier came when there was 3 other people behind me waiting. It took another 15 minutes to get 2 chicken nuggets happy meals and a double cheeseburger. The people who ordered after me got their orders first as well as a few more customers who came after them. I remember why I avoid this McDonald's now.
After waiting for 15 minutes for my order to be brought out to the curbside for pick up I get a notification saying that my order has been picked up so I get out and go in to ask about my order and the guy looks at me blankly and I show him the order that I had placed and he gives it to me in a tiny cup and it’s not even exactly how I ordered it bad service could have offered a larger for the inconvenience will not be going back
Poor management. I will avoid this location
Everything is Delicious. Biscuits are soft and Fluffy, bacon is crunchy and the Coffee is awakening.
So ordered here, which haven'tnt been to a McDonald's in a while due to a diet. So ordered a big Mac, 2 cheeseburgers, and cookies. Wait e almost 15 minutes for my order. Was parked, had to get off and ask for my order. I was missing a 4 pc nuggets. I went back in they didn't hesitate to get me my food and guess what????? I get home, and only got 2 freaking nuggets. And didn't get the drink for my combo. Am I upset??? Yes I am.I stand there and 3 employees look at me and didn't ask if I needed anything. They look at me and ignore me.I'll stick to whataburger from now as always.
Unfortunately ,this location has you waiting a little longer than normal for being a fast food drive thru. Have used the drive thru for years and was used to just waiting a few min. Now its unpredictable how long you will be in line for. Management definitely needs to reevaluate their drive thru process.Food is still the same....
I ordered breakfast, and my hashbrowns tasted burnt. They weren't burnt, but they had black speckles in crust from using burnt oil, I'm guessing. They didn't taste good enough to eat for my taste.
Waited 25 min in drive thru to be told me they didn't have the pie I wanted so they offered me an apple pie instead at the window only to return a minute and a half later and tell me there was no apple pies either to park on the side for the rest of my order so I just decided to leave because there's no way i was going to wait one more minute. They had a full staff but they were just moving around in there like kids roaming a hall with no direction or purpose. It was a coffee, a pie, and some cookies. Pretty disappointing but they at least got to keep my money so good for them. There's no way i was going to let them rob me of another minute of my life.
If you're getting your food from the drive-thru you'll have a much better experience, whereas if you decide to dine in you'll have the worst time. A majority of the employees there act like they don't see you and don't have any sort of life to them. Don't expect to be greeted with cheerfulness that you may receive from any other restaurant. Also check what you receive in your bags before you leave because you'll have an issue where they forget an item or two and don't think anything of it. Unfortunately I'll recommend to skip the dine in experience since this restaurant alone has tainted it's image and you wouldn't want to have the same experience that I had.
