I went inside and got Dr. Pepper from the fountain... it was diet. They put the wrong insert. I am allergic to aspartame in diet drinks so that was terrible. I called to let them know about the mishap. The food was high quality and good, but the french fries need to be fresh. Those golden arches on the McDonald's sign is a representation of the fries. I like to go just for them. They need a fresh fry guarantee.
Nothing to tell it was a good place 2 get what u want. It was pretty fast. The ? i got was very good. Quarter pounder w/ everything. ?
I have had MULTIPLE issues with this location.Ordered a meal asked for a #2 with bacon no mustard. Go no mustard and no bacon??Fries were warm. Sweet tea was clear....Easy to notice watered down tea. The line is BUSY, when I called last night and this morning.Fix your phone line...
Alicia the manager was very nice over the phone when I called to complain about my coffee being made wrong. She advised me I could come in in person and she would personally make it for me. I went in this morning asked for her by name and was told that she’d be right with me but two employees. Alicia had me waiting over ten minutes and never came to help me or even acknowledge me. She was running the drive thru so I understand she was busy but a simple “I’ll be right with you” from her personally would’ve gone a long way. Now I have no coffee and a cold breakfast sandwich from waiting so long lol I blame myself for giving this location a THIRD chance.
Although drive thru is always packed, the lines seem to move pretty smooth. Have not had any complaints so far
The lines were huge...but their employees must be robots...because the line was moving super fast. All of our orders were correct nothing missing. Great work to the employees at that McDonald's
Went today for a vanilla iced coffee with 2 extra vanilla shots. Gotta love the app. Waited in the drive thru not too long. Got my coffee and drove away before I had realized it had no little to no ice, Not one pump of vanilla, and hardly any cream ? Needless to say I went back. Manager was very kind over the phone stating they would be happy to fix and had me come back to wait on curbside. Only to get the new iced coffee that literally tastes as if your drinking vanilla coffee creamer ? Very upsetting will not be returning to this location
Bad communication...I ordered thru drive thru there were to ppl outside checking the orders but theywerejust on their phone. They didn't ask me for mine and the first window cashier charged me wrong order, so they took like 5 fix it. I get to second window and the young lady is handling out the wrong order. I explained to her and showed her the receipt. She finally gives me my order and I'm checking I have the right one, and I hear someone complaining saying OMG she's taking forever after they messed up my order
Fresh Fish.Sometimes fresh, sometimes not so fresh. I will get a stale bun sometimes. Best to get the fish early. Reduces the chance of it sitting there all day.
if you're hiring kids out of the crib at least get them some training!!!! i repeated many times to the kid my order and he got it all wrong!! i couldn't make out what he was saying because he was speaking very low and then the mask. aauuggghhh
