Kahn's continues to be one of my favorite restaurants to eat at. Keep up the great work!
Great food, the cooks & servers are awesome and everytime I go it's a positive environment! I will definitely continue to keep going.
We went in for take out. They've rearranged the tables to allow distancing. Nice workers; only beef ( pun intended) is they are pricey for this low cost of living city: $12 for one serving. I don't know how they can survive. There were more workers than customers each of the past 2 times we've been there
First time ever coming to this location we had a blast he was great they cook it in front of you lots of selections definitely recommend everyone to come here staff was the friendliest that I have ever been served by
We went here for lunch, and it was great and fast. There was no wait for us, and we had a better experience with the chefs at the grill. Freddy and I do not remember the other chef were great. We asked for extra house sauce and let us taste it and let us know it was salty and not ruin our meal. This was great customer service. We also had a vegan with us and requested different spatulas that did not touch meat. They did not flinch and got two new spatulas. The restaurant was clean and waitresses super friendly and helpful. I will return to this location. It was better than the McAllen location.
? Vegan. Choose the green bowl for all veggies & no meat. Precisely Perfect.
You can't go wrong with fresh, raw ingredients laid out for you to pick & choose from in a salad bar galley-style experience. You arrive then add your veggies, pastas, spices and meats into 2 bowls (or just 1) provided then head over to the grill area where you hand over your plate(s) then stand and watch as your food is cooked on a flat top gas-fired range. Almost immediately you are asked for the add-ons such as oil (olive, peanut, canola, etc), liquid seasoning (citrus, spicy, lime, etc) and flavoring choice. In a matter of about 5 minutes your food is served steamy hot then you're asked what type of rice (fried/white) and if you'd like a roll. This is fresh at its freshest. Plus, you get the cinematic show of watching mongolian grill chefs prepare the meal you personally compiled. This is a very unique dining experience. Perfect date night meal or just a casual lunch with family and friends.
The place is not as clean as it could be. Hightop Booths were sticky on the feet. No other accomodations were offered for a party of 5. No menus were given to show options and prices. Only information came from the wall signs and waitresses. Descriptions were not very complete and no prices ever mentioned or if the item was a separate charge (egg rolls, shrimp). Food choices were ok. Put in order of their cheapest cost fillers to meats. Spices were dried, no fresh (like garlic). The sauces were a biy confusing. Should have been puy in a better listing (like not to hot). No actual bill was given. Evidently they have someone that "check" on you while you eat and marks down your extras. Everything is tallied at the reqister. No receipt was shown of charges. I did like my food. Plenty on the plate and filling. Now that I was there once, it might not be so overwhelming with the lack of price information.
This location continues to go above and beyond. I have always been treated well and the flavors are always delicious. Throughout the years, the staff has always shared what they believe make the best tasting combinations.
The food was good! But, kind of a disorganized establishment. We had not been here before and had to ask what we do...instead of telling us first. It was not busy upon our arrival. We wanted to have our order on a separate ticket and they said no we had to put it on one. We got to our table and they didn't remember the drinks we ordered. We went to check out and were told they had already added 15% gratuity on to each bill. However 3 people had already left a tip. And, when they went to pick up the gratuity off of the table it was already picked up.
