Employees just standing around talking and not taking care of online customers. If chicken isn't ready you need to tell the customer that not joke around with co worker while customer is standing there waiting for someone to see they are there when inside store is slow. And one manager that only been there 2 years needs more training on how to run a crew. Customer service is #1 you don't have that you don't have a good store
The service was bad i asked for a replacement and she said she couldnt do it she was speaking spanish to one of tge employees instead of english when the worker also spoke english she gave me a hard time and when i asked for my refund she said it came with the meal when i said i ordered an extra side and they had to look it up and i had a very bad experience and the food wasent fully cooked
Ordered a chicken sandwich. No lettuce, not pickles and just a drop of their sauce.Usually, I'd give them 5 stars, but not this visit.
Food was good but the service and the restaurant was soooo bad. Nasty tables and floor. Restrooms were horrible!! Would not recommend dine in?

We picked up an order today for lunch, almost $17, people at window were so confused about orders they didn't know what was what, thinking we already got the order told them no, so guy just grabbed drinks and a bag, wasn't even our order, of course when you're limited with time from work you don't take the time you should to check out everything in the order. Getting home we have chicken nuggets and a 3 piece dark meat!!!! FOR ALMOST $$$17

KFC have the best buffalo wings but the wings can use a little more chicken meat than bone and If they can mix the wings with the buffalo sauce real good before the give it to to there customers.
Horrible service, I come in and they say they don't have any crispy chicken. After leaving and coming back they tell us to wait 30 mins. We had to tell them if they could make the crispy chicken.
Service really sucks and the chicken is dry and over cooked..I ordered 2 full meal deals and paid over $7 and they didn't even give me the pies that are supposed to come with the full meal deals..this isn't the first or second time I've been disappointed with their food..so sad..
