Can't go wrong for the money. Better than average fast food and more economical.
Always went through drive thru and service was always friendly with big smiles to welcome you. Another fast food restaurant at its best. Recommended!
Almost every time I come into town it's after 11pm and these guys always have an excuse, either systems down, electric is out or the burger king king beat up the manager. C'mon guys get it together.
Went and it was like all the staff had left or something, very understaffed.Food was fine only complaint I have is the drink machine was filthy.
Bad service!!! My meat was very cold, I told the cashier to put ranch and Buffalo, she didn’t. In the window another cashier gave me the stuff and she didn’t say no word, no manners!Never buying my food again here.?
The improvement on the chicken sandwiches alone is fantastic, and the occasional new items are always good to try! I personally liked the mini spicy tacos.
not usually one to complain but the service was bad. i ordered a 3 taco combo and a chocolate overload cake , i didn’t receive my curly fries nor was given a receipt to confirm my order not to mention there was no napkins , no straw and no fork for the cake . i live about 20 min away and i tried to call about 5 times and there’s was an automatic voice mail. the drink wasn’t given to me till after i got my food and by the time it was given it was completely watered down . the timing itself wasn’t an issue because i understood it was a rush hour .
One of the best breakfast, at a very low price not to mention the friendly service.
They never answer 30 minutes before closing. I can see someone cleaning inside and they pretend not to hear so that they dont have to serve. I have to drive 10 miles more to get my pregnant wife a late snack.
I was craving a chicken sandwich meal which comes with fries. I was going to change my drink to a shake and add a couple of tacos. I was told they didn't have any fries, milkshake, and no tacos!! I then asked if they had onion rings? They said yes, but it would be extra for the onion rings. . . So, because you don't have items on your menu and would be able to substitute fries for onion rings for and extra charge? Are you serious guys? Even though I was craving Jack in the Box, I had to go somewhere else. . . I would actually give no stars, but had to put 1 star to be able to leave a review. Very disappointed Jack, seriously.
