I ask for no hot sauce on my tiny tacos and my two orders of regular tacos, when I got home they loaded it all with hot sauce. When I went back to get my order replaced they then added extra hot sauce. What is these places of business coming too. It seems like covid hit ant prices went up but the quality of food went down. Looks like we have untrained people working in these businesses.
Went there to pick up a online order I placed, tried to pick it up in drive though, was advised to come in, two cars blocked me from reversing. I get to window and after waiting behind others which is normal to be told I could not get my order without going in. I go in and got my order right away. That’s just messed up, plus everything was packed like they didn’t care and just put it in brown bag.
Placed an order online at 11:14pm, my husband went to pick it up by 11:30pm, they claimed they didnt receive it, took my husbands phone to read the order and gave us Jr Jumbo jacks instead of Jumbo jacks with the wrong sauces, then when we asked for what we ordered they tried to charge us again. Jack in the box has always been my favorite and now I wont be back.
The drive thru customer service is really good! And eggrolls here sp delicious!
I come here a lot, they messed up my order and told me to come get it replaced, then asked for the food back that i left home because my kids had already gotten into it. They didnt tell me over the phone that i would need to take the food back. Have they heard of covid? I wasnt fishing for free food i just wanted what i ordered.
I come here for their good service and quick crunchy tacos and a small Jr bacon cheese burger because I have trust in this place.
There were hairs in my mother's chicken burger.
Stopped in for a grilled steak & cheese munchie meal. It was better than I thought. They were really busy but the customer service was very good. Great interaction with employees and they were very apologetic for any delays. Definitely visit again.
I had ordered 3 baconator burgers and the burgers had no bacon and they don’t answer the phone called multiple times and all the calls went straight to voicemail. If I could rate this Jack in the box lower I would. 0/10 would not recommend
All The staff was in the kitchen. One if them saw me standing at the counter and ignored me. Manger came to the counter 5 minutes later just to tell me that the dining area was closed. Very unprofessional!?
