Great food and friendly staff. ???
Service was absolutely terrible. Bartenders eating at the bar and constantly on their phone. We placed an order to go and food was cold when we got home. (We live less than 5 minutes away). Stale fries, cold boneless nuggets, and steamed shrimp without butter. If it was busy I could understand but the place was nowhere near busy. Bartenders, manager, and wait staff seemed more eager to just chill and chat than actually work.
If you like cold beer. Well here you will get one but may have to wait 9 minutes to have the server bring it to you. It’s sad when you order a drink and then order an app and it comes before your drink. Staff is nice but it’s never their problem that things are slow or they miss something on your order. I do like the wings or they would have received a 1 star.
Our waitress was nice but served our drinks and disappeared. I needed a glass of ice. My boyfriend went to the bar and was ignored. Moved closer to bartender and was still ignored. Came back to the table. A young lady cleaning the floors was nearby so I said “excuse me miss” she ignored me. I said it a little louder. She ignore me so I yelled “MISS!” and she looked at me with a bothered attitude. I told her I needed a glass of ice…without a word she proceeded to clean the floor before GOING to tell my waitress I needed a glass of ice….UNREAL! Ashamed the service quality has gone down so bad.

Harlingen is limited with restaurant selection. As a traveler I frequent this place often. But finally reached my limit due to the lack of Leadership here. How can a restaurant have no Silverware? While I understand things happen then train your staff to handle tough situations…The servers are only as good as the GM… And acknowledge when an issue presents itself…Do not send out your staff to handle Management’s problems…I do not blame the server here…

The entire staff is Customer-oriented and attentive.My bartender, Camryn, is extremely hard-working, friendly, and entertaining, as well.
Great environment to be around.
Usually packed at night, sometimes have to wait for seating. Waitresses are attentive as can be for being busy when I went. Food was good, restrooms and dining area were clean.
