Went in there to check it out but didn't get to order nothing cause my better half needed to use the restroom and none are available to customers. So we had to leave and did not get to order anything. Place looks great but they need to pay more attention to the open sign cause we thought they were closed at first since that's what the sign said in the entrance. Maybe next time we'll order something just to try this place out and if they do good we'll give them a better rating.
I rather go here for my “girlie” drinks 100x more than Starbucks . There is one sweet gal that makes it just right. If she’s not there than the espresso is either under or over extraction. Today I ended up throwing away my $6 drink today because it tasted too salty (a guy I’ve never seen before made it).

A true jem in the historical downtown district. Even though I pass by two well know franchise type coffee shops, G.O.A.T is good enough to leave a little bit early in order to divert from my normal route to work and pick up a delicious mocha.
First time here, and I loved it! It is welcoming and homey. The owner is friendly and very open. I had a hot caramel macchiato and the ever popular walnut brownie, both were amazing. They are fresh made and they roast their own coffee beans and make their own tea blends. Definitely qorth the price and worth checking out!!
Love the coffee and atmosphere! But please make sure you properly train staff before leaving them alone. Had a very disappointing coffee made by a new employee.
No complaints as I’ve been here several times with friends and family. If you like fresh brewed coffee this is the spot. It’s a great atmosphere, spacious, and in downtown Harlingen. Haven’t tried any of the pastries sadly, or any food but will have to try some after viewing some images. They also have some flavored soda bottle selections for sale which I tend to buy on every visit.
