My 1st time there the experience was good. The place was very clean. The food was good.
I am so appreciative of this establishment's help. I placed a big online order for a lunch order for our office staff and put the pickup date for the next day. Totally my mistake. I went in and the employee and manager (I believe) helped me without hesitation and started working on my order immediately. I was so embarrassed but ended up feeling calmer as they assured me it was okay and that they'd fix it for me. They have great staff and employees willing to help.
I had a foot long meatball sub wife had the brisket sub daughter had a Philly cheese steak and son had a tuna fish sub we all loved it a perfect 10
Just went in and the customer service was amazing! The cashier was very lovely and had great eye contact. The food was also amazing. It was my first time and I’m definitely going again. 5/5 for me!
Great food! Service, not so much.Cashier TOTALLY not friendly. No greeting when I stepped to the counter. Called my name and walked away as I was going to thank her. I don’t know if it’s the weather, but what a turn off. Had never come to this store & hate that this was my first experience here. Rating is only for the food.

Bought 8 full length Subs of different varieties for a family gathering and most were delicious but 2 of the roast beef had soggy bottom buns. The service was fast and they got all of the orders correct.
Always consistent with their subs always good this last time I went staff was not even friendly, no greet nothing... so that made it feel unwelcoming. Other times good but this time who knows.
