I had requested a bavarian dessert pizza from a lady that was taking requests and from a guy which was a cook... I waited...and waited... and waited...kept on checking.. and nope..20 mins...waiting..they saw me getting up to check.. and nothing... my favorite dessert and I was soooo unhappy and disappointed...we spend alot of money to just go and enjoy ourselves when we are able to and a simple request can't even be made...we left without it...we got tired of waiting. Ridiculous
If I could pick - 5 I would. I'm so disgusted with the rude employees. Staff was rude af. Place was semi clean. Ladies room was a mess tp everywhere. Staff acted like you ask them to commit a mortal sin when asked about new Spinach pizza & desert pizza. Well I left with NO DESERT PIZZA OR SPINACH EITHER.I won't be back even if it's free pizza.
Disorganized, the quality in service and food has declined significantly. Very disappointed.
Was ok went with oldest son pete jr had a great time with him I told him your B-day is coming up 3/29/
Took my little girl here to eat because she begged me to. We paid, washed our hands and checked the buffet, no pasta, no red sauce, no pizza. 3 ladies at the cash register chatting it up, mentioned when any the food would be coming out, one went to the back and sliced 1 up and disappeared. Placed an order for flat bread, no kidding 15 mins later went to ask, they started to make it. Terrible experience, used to be awesome 2 years ago. Now, it’s not worth it…. Do yourself a favor pick up a pizza at Sam’s or drive across town Peter Piper… trust me, you won’t regret it.
Chairs were dirty felt sticky like if they havent been wiped in a long time some spoons had food stuck to them plates also baby booster seats super dirty used like 5 wipes trying to get it cleanHope they can improve their cleaning and sanitation
I don't agree with y'all taking the $3.99 special off for Monday-Wednesday. Lots of people have kids that take them there. That's what they can afford.
Pizza was great also they had the buffet full which is the best part ?
Place was a mess! The cooks were sooo rude! My husband asked for a pizza and they told him they would put it out for everyone. My nephew asked for a pizza and they told him the same! I go ask for a pizza and they took my order! 35mins later we got it. The Salad bar was empty and nasty! I asked for the soup and they said they didn't make it anymore for me to use the pasta on the side. Everything was wrong that day!
Great place to go with the family and the staff is awesome always getting us what we need
