Haven't been here in forever but recently tried their 3 for 10 margarita chicken and dayum. That margarita chicken was freaking delicious. Id recommend it.
I had an issue with Door Dash delivering the wrong food/order. I called Chili's (Harlingen, TX) & spoke with a manager & he told me to call Door Dash. I called Door Dash & was put on hold for well over an hour while being transferred four times. I got frustrated & hung up on them, while on hold & called Chili's again. I spoke with a different manager & she not only issued a credit back to my card, but personally brought me my food. She even threw in cheesecake for dessert. She went above & beyond. Just wanted to give her a shout out for her EXCELLENT customer service!

Let me tell you. I have not been to Chili's in a very long time and when I went with my family even with the Covid pandemic going on the Waiter (Alexis) was truly a blessing. He was right on top of everything and my kids loved him .. I believe that he models was every waiter or waitress should be. Thank you for everything and I will be back. Great people and great food you guys rock!

The Harlingen Chili's was not a pleasant experience. The 3 for $10.99 is great. Be aware the menu shows the presidente margarita as included as the beverage option, but you will have to pay $6.00 for it on top of the $10.99!! The special Romance margarita was definetly better at the Brownsville location. The chicken crispers were more breading than chicken. The crispers are better at the Weslaco location. This was my first and last visit to this location. I recommend the Brownsville or Weslaco location.
Went for my son's birthday. Food was great, servers and waitress were nice, always a nice experience!
