PLEASE MAKE IT AN OPTION TO CHOOSE YOUR CHOICE OF SMALL SAUCE PACKETS WITH DOOR DASH MEALS ON THE APP!!!!!!!!!! It clearly says the entree like nuggets or fries comes with your choice of sauce but I wasn’t given any option or special instructions to do so. Even after reaching out to my dasher to get sauce, I still didn’t receive any. And in my situation I have no condiments myself as my boyfriend is weird and doesn’t own ranch. Thank you
There are not very many restaurants or fast food places left that continue to have their employees wear face masks and Chik fil A does, they continue to respect the safety of their customers and continue having us feel safe and comfortable picking up from here. We only pick up from places that have the employees wearing face mask for the safety of our children, so this will be our number one spot! Horrible service. I’ve been to chick fil a countless of times in my life and I have never received poor service lioe I did today. I order a meal with two coffees. I was told to wait in the handicap spot for them. Well they never took them out and after getting fed up of waiting I decided to walk in and ask what was going on. They barely began to make the coffees after I let them know I was waiting. They then proceeded to bring me back one coffee even though I needed two. At this point I asked for a refund and when I got back to my car realized they only refunded me for one ! I wasn’t going to be late to work for their mess up so I left, but Jesus they must’ve had a long night because seems they couldn’t get anything right. May speak to corporate because that type of service is unacceptable for an establishment like chick fil a.

This franchise has gone down dramatically, from the quality all the way down to the service! I don’t recommend anyone coming here. I got food poisoning from here before and the owner tried to make me feel like his store was incapable of that and put the blame on me. Yet I was the only one who ate there from my family and got sick and ended up in the hospital with a massive bill! NEVER got any resolution nor a refund. I tried to give this franchise the benefit of the doubt and give them a second opportunity but the other day I was there the chicken smelled and tasted so bad!!! It was so bad it’s was literally screaming food poisoning again except this time I could literally taste it…I told the manager and reached out to the owner himself (Francisco Castellanos), he never reached back out like he said he would (it’s already been over a week) which is very disappointing and distasteful. I’ll be reaching out to corporate and the better business bureau this week! This place ain’t it, take your business to the one in Weslaco. If the owner treats you like trash this must explain why this franchise is the way it is.
