This franchise has gone down dramatically, from the quality all the way down to the service! I don’t recommend anyone coming here. I got food poisoning from here before and the owner tried to make me feel like his store was incapable of that and put the blame on me. Yet I was the only one who ate there from my family and got sick and ended up in the hospital with a massive bill! NEVER got any resolution nor a refund. I tried to give this franchise the benefit of the doubt and give them a second opportunity but the other day I was there the chicken smelled and tasted so bad!!! It was so bad it’s was literally screaming food poisoning again except this time I could literally taste it…I told the manager and reached out to the owner himself (Francisco Castellanos), he never reached back out like he said he would (it’s already been over a week) which is very disappointing and distasteful. I’ll be reaching out to corporate and the better business bureau this week! This place ain’t it, take your business to the one in Weslaco. If the owner treats you like trash this must explain why this franchise is the way it is.
Whatever you do, DO NOT order curbside because they will take 30 min for a one item order. Drive-thru or dine-in is the way to go or else you’ll be waiting 30+ minutes for a chicken sandwhich.
When I went here on 12/18 the drive thru was super busy and the line went quickly and my order was accurate.

Ordering was fine, as was the food but the drive through line blocked the whole parking lot and made backing out a pain and leaving the parking lot in my car a pain
