they are out of fish just have tuna and shrimp, wish i knew that before they were making my plate.
The male kid was rude and interrupted my conversation with my server while explaining what I wanted. I was asking for a half order and he rudely interrupted saying " there is no such thing bro" young lady was nice and asked me to ignore him. Other than that food is always great.
Ceviche Ceviche has the best ceviche in Harlingen. The service was fast and friendly.
Excellent, locally owned ceviche spot. Very friendly staff and fresh ingredients. Excellent sized portions. I wish there was a small wine and beer list to go with their high quality ceviche 5 out of 5 stars

This place is awesome. The staff is super helpful and patient. I was unsure of some of the combinations but fruit and ceviche worked good together. Definitely going back each time I'm in town

You can customize you ceviche or order one off the menu. The food is lite and great for lunch or dinner. You can also put it on a salad. With so many options you can make any flavor you want. I had a fruity one with shrimp. Very tasty. Would get again.
I’ve gone to this location many times and never had any issues. The service was good and the staff is friendly. My experience was not great on my last two visits. I had placed an order to go and I was told it would take 20 minutes. When I arrived they were preparing someone else’s food, that had placed an order in person and hadn’t even started mine. Ok things happen, whatever. Next visit, I go and place my order in person because that seems to get them working on it faster and my food seemed to be just tossed in the container. Not really chopped, long stems of cilantro whole pieces of shrimp. Staff not knowledgeable on what they’re selling. I don’t think I’ll be back to this location. It’s so disappointing because I really started to like it.
