One star because it's Arby's. Horrible service! Individual taking our order was impatient and rude. The dolt at the window just shoved our food out the window - no words; nothing... I asked for sauce and the chick ignored me like she was bothered by the request. What the-?We will absolutely go back - just to take pictures of these two horrible employees and send to the franchise owner to show them why they're losing business. How sad that someone's business has got these 2 chicks for employees... smh
