Worst customer service EVER! Ordered delivery off the Wingstop app… wait an hour and get a call from DoorDash saying my order was given to the wrong driver and I needed to call the store to get it sorted. I called 10 times and NEVER got anyone to answer the phone. Call again the next morning and am told I have to call DoorDash to get them to initiate my refund. Call them and spend 30 minutes while they call the corporate office and “open a case”. That was on Monday and here it is Thursday and I still have yet to receive a refund for the food I never got. Trying to call the store again today and it just rings and rings.
If i could give them zero stars i would because the little Hispanic girl was really rude from the moment i walked in the door rolled her eyes and rushed me to place my order as she still continued to roll her eyes aOnly good thing no one was inside the store and my good came out fast, she also didn’t even give me a receipt or even asked if i wanted my receipt
Use to be good. Fries are always soggy when I order them well done. They Never add seasoning.
If I could give them 0 Stars I would. The customer service her is by far the worst around the area. Apparently you can not get wings in 2 different sauces even if you pay for them. They are not willling to even work with you.
The fries were not cooked, they were hard and cold like they were only taken out of the refrigerator, the wings had the wrong sauce and the sauce was chunky like it was sitting out all night and the meat was room temperature and a serious health code violation and a safety issue. Definitely reporting this location.
Wings are always dry never enough sauce on them. Fries have no seasoning ever. Really disappointed
Order the short thighs they were awful, they were fried to hard,the thigh bites were awful,the whole meal was terrible!!! Hard and chewy,ruin make whole dinner.want my money back!!! High messy wings!.
Cannot put in order for delivery if using a card. You have to go to the store to pay. Ordered from another wingstop with zero issues.
Good wings but the prices 15 wings for 20 dollars
Completely disgusted. There was still feathers on all the wings purchased. I’m not talking small ones- these were big and unmistakable. Completely unacceptable.
