Had to contact Mohammed because the manager was trying to get to cook to go against company guidelines on cooking the beef. He wanted to beef cooked in 175 degrees when the book States and the cook quoted it that the meat is to be cooked in a certain temperature of 150 degrees. I hope the cook retains his job in the management that wanted him to do the wrong thing gets reprimanded
Take it from me...much better than their competitor one block south. Staff is usually very friendly. Waits here can be incredibly long. Food quality is much better than Taco Bell. Preparation is better than Taco Bell. They give you plenty of condiments.
This location is good. To me, I love their crunchy tacos. So delicious. I had the chips and quacamole and it is so so good!!! The employees were all very nice.
Oh my word. I’m not sure why this particular location struggles so much with their drive-thru. I waited a really long time to order and waited more at the window.Catch up then keep the pace!
Man ask for a number one the 12 taco got told they don't sell that on Sunday but it on the menu. Man this dude look right at me like I was dumb and told me there cheaper today to by them normal that why that dont have the deal then charge me 1.99 a taco and only one person in front of me still took 12 mins to get
The beans were super plain and had no flavor. My husband didn't even finish his food it was so bad. The manager refused to refund us any money and would only give us another burrito that tasted just as bad. Definitely will not be returning to this location!
Went to Taco casa drive thru , was happy to get great customer service from Bryan , working drive thru , cheerfully happy , it's great to have a good customer service experience, he got our order right too , second checked it too . Hope to go back soon .
Food and burrito portions were good. I take exception with the smaller diameter straws. Lol. Not quite hernia causing, but some other stores carry the "jumbo" or "shake" straws..... I like those!! The two young men in there were quick and on the spot. Not always the case at other Casas.... Especially on a Sunday!
They are getting better for a while it wasn't good at all the only thing I don't like is how greasy the meat has been other than that it tastes better and looks cleaner.
This is a great taco for being fast food. This is in different league than taco bell. Drive thru is super fast even when a long line. Taco Tuesday is busy for obvious reasons
