This is the worst Taco Bell (4500 WESTERN CENTER BLVD at Western Center & Beach) I've ever been to the last 3 times I have went there my food was wrong. Tonight when I went thru the drive thru I told the manager that I want him to have them double check my order since this has been an issue before & he told me I could check it when they brought it out to me. When I pull around an employee brings it out and tells me he will wait while I check it. It is late at night and they have all of my food for a family of 5 is in one bag so I tell him from what I can see it looks right if not I'll give them a call. Of course I call and let them know they forgot two of our burritos and no answer. Manager was rude, unprofessional & incompetent and should not be a manager of any establishment.
Entire order wrong except for drinks. Ordered two quesadillas, the new nacho fries, and cinnabon delights. Somehow there were big pieces of soggy lettuce in them when that’s not even an option for quesadillas. The fries were missing entirely. The cinnabon delights were burnt to the point of charcoal.Now seeing these past reviews I should’ve stayed away
Dining Room closed majority of time during Normal Operating Hours. Order must be verified before leaving Counter or Drive-thru window. Location slow on Service compared to other Taco Bell within 3miles of this Taco Bell location. Huge night/day difference between this Location and the other 3 miles from it.
Went last night around 11:30 pm and was told they not taking anymore orders . Keep in mind you can’t get out the line until the person in front of you move and it was 6 cars behind me. I never been to any fast food restaurant that ever told me they not accepting any more orders after they took my order. The lady took my order and told me to hold on and then said we not accepting any orders. I then said you need to tell the people in front of me to move at least and she was like hold on I’m about to see just chill. I waited of course but I’ll never come to this location again.
This Taco Bell sucks. If you have to come to this one it’s ok, but the one on 35W/Basswood is much better or the one on Beach/NTP. Slow service even before COVID.
this particular location is just... really bad. they constantly give us the wrong orders, and i've had three incidents with being told to come into the store physically in order to get my drive thru mobile order when i'm the only person in line and then the lady argued with me over it until i end up asking for a refund. i don't mind waiting, but the entire point of a drive thru is that i don't physically have to come inside to get my meal. i don't understand why you bother to have a drive thru when half the time you rudely demand that customers come inside to get their food anyways. i love taco bell but i avoid this one as much as possible. i'd rather drive further to go to a better one. would give 0 stars if i could.
Food is usually well made and while most of the time it takes a while, this is a popular location and I work I costumer service so I always understand. Ordered 6 tacos with just meat and cheese and the shells were cracked. Although, having ONLY meat and cheese and nothing else tends to leave a hard shell taco pretty bare and prone to breaking. The managers are honest and kind. Overall a decent taco bell. Eat there a lot ?
I placed my order through the Taco Bell app and didn't realize that I selected the wrong location until I was in the drive-thru. I was concerned with the wait time after placing a new order, but they had food ready very quickly without compromising quality.
I was rushed to order while waiting for my kids to decide what they wanted...then was told to pull up to the drive thru window where i waited 15 minutes.. There was a woman standing at the window this whole time she didnt bother to take my payment! only for the same guy to open the window and ask me if i paid yet... And even then he swiped my card the. Quickly handed me my bag no other words were exchanged... I get home only to find one of my so called beefy 5 layer burritos. Wasnt made correctly and it had onions in it! WORST experience at taco bell ever! I ONLY GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE IT MADE ME
I ordered doordash and missed half my items.Walked in to get it fixed and nobody, NOBODY came up, a gentleman looked up at me and just continued on. He didn’t come to me and didn’t ask anyone else to.Get it together.
