I love this place, I'm a regular customer, they always make my drink perfect, but not on this occasion?. I told them it was supposed to be darker, they were very nice and polite in the end, they prepared my drink properly. Venti Iced Matcha Te Late "no ice, whole milk with 8 scoops of matcha". to those who love the matcha powder & milk this is a perfect drink to enjoy ?

I came yesterday morning, around 7:15ish. Both ladies at the window and taking orders were so sweet. The woman who took my order was very kind. Then the one at the window interacted with my daughter about her cute backpack in my front seat. I felt bad, but I had forgotten to order a croissant and they were happy to get it for me. With all of the social media backlash of Starbucks orders from certain employees around the world, these two ladies are showing great character and definitely made our morning even better! We love this Starbucks ?

I just had the best Starbucks experience I've ever had! I was ordering for myself and my friend, Brittney, whose birthday it is today. I ordered a Venti Caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel drizzle and A LOT of extra caramel crunchies (the ones that typically go with another frozen drink on the menu) and a Gouda Bacon Cheese Breakfast Sandwich. The woman that took my order was super sweet, and even said "...Caramel Frappuccino with an INSANE amount of crunchies..." when repeating the order back, so she had a great sense of humor as well which really brightened my day. Then to top it off, they even hooked me up with a side cup of extra crunchies!! (see pic)I also ordered a Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato and a Toasted Bagel with Cream Cheese for Brittney. They asked her name when I placed the order because I had mentioned it was her birthday, so they wrote a sweet message on her cup for her. I wish I had taken a picture of hers as well, but I only included one of mine.I just wanted to share this experience and give credit where credit is due, and the employees at this location definitely deserve the recognition! They were polite, friendly, professional, and even made me smile. I couldn't asked for better.

Customer service is poor. And when you don't have product your customer service should be ten times better. Disappointed on many levels. The red haired girl who took my order was condescending and rude. She needs coaching.

They were so sweet here! They were out of a lot of the items that I wanted at the time and so they gave my coffee and chocolate crossiant to me for free! They just made my day Definitely will wanna return!

I can’t believe how rude I was treated tonight. I understand everyone has been busy for the holiday and Black Friday. I have sat in line forever after a stressful day myself, but never have I been given this bad of service before. Not even at a Taco Bell and that’s bad!This Starbucks was out of 2 syrups tonight so I decided on a drink I’ve never gotten before. No big deal. When I finally get to the window to pay I was asked if I wanted two separate transactions for my one coffee. I was confused. I simply stated I’d please like my card loaded with all the $20 bill and to pay for my drink with that money loaded. She said I owed $27 and some change. I think her name was Hailey.Again, I’m confused and express how confused I am. I explain I only had $20 on me. Her tone changed and she acts as if I did something wrong, blaming me for wanting one transaction and she seemed like she couldn’t fix an issue. I said I’m sorry, I’ve never been asked this before and she again repeats that I wanted one transaction and if I didn’t, then I should’ve said so. What?My Starbucks card was scanned 6 times throughout the process then when I finally get my drink, she says the system was changed up on them and I feel I got the brunt of it.Customers don’t use a Starbucks system and if the system has been changed up then maybe it needs to be explained to customers without them assuming what’s being asked. It wasn’t just confusing but her demeanor and attitude to me, was just completely unacceptable.We all get frustrated, but after this experience, getting 3 wrong coffees the day before, (getting mochas instead of white chocolate mochas, which I hate mocha!) and also experiencing issues for a while, because I’m a local and reoccurring customer, I feel that this particular location has completely lost my trust...it’s bad enough it costs $7-$9 for one coffee so the customer service should absolutely make us want to come back.I never write reviews but I’m still super disappointed how I was treated tonight. I spend too much money a week here to be treated this way.
