Tried the pickle fries and yeah no, not ever again, I mean they were shaped like fries but soggy as hell. I order a foot long chili cheese coney as well and the hot was burned on both ends and instead of getting the normal regular old footlong hot dog bun I got my footlong with 2 regular hotdog buns ? like wtf? My husband got corn dogs burned AF. We had to cook my son's grilled cheese at home because the bread wasn't toasted and the cheese wasn't melted. If I had picked up the food I would have given it right back. So yeah not going back to this one ever. Thanks for the sub par food ?
This sonic consistently never has enough workers- I've seen it closed during normal business hours, and I've pulled in twice only to be told over the intercom there would be a "substantial wait" for any orders. This particular location can't seem to get it together. Either pay better so people will want to work there, or just get out of the business and let the other sonics take over. This sonic "no longer accepts" the coupons printed out on there own receipts- none of which have expiration dates- and regardless they won't honor them yet other sonics will. If these issues were just once our twice, I'd understand. But I was a visitor at least twice a week, sometimes more, and it's just getting worse and worse. I won't come to this sonic anymore.
I got 1 each of the new cake batter & brownie batter shakes & they were amazing!!!! Staff was friendly, order was correct. Only problem was we had to wait 20 minutes to get our order due to them being short staffed, but we were told about the wait before we even ordered. Overall, this is a great location with friendly staff, great food, & delicious shakes!!!!

Terrible service from the manager on duty. The drink tasted terrible and then they intentionally waited to refund our money. Tried to refund us .26 cents for a $3.00 drink. This ordeal took 29 minutes is which is ridiculous
So thankful they were open during an ice storm. I was able to eat and it was wonderful! Excellent food.

Due to the fact I waited 20+ minutes for a #7 combo with tater tots and ocean water and my tots was cold? But the car hopper did say sorry for the wait. Luckily I had already paid or I would have let them keep that Chilli cheese footlong
This is actually the most convenient sonic for me but they're also the most likely to be disappointing. I have been snapped at for asking if I can buy extra fruit cherries for my drink. I've been told that they're out of limeades, mozzarella sticks, and ice cream on multiple occasions, with enough consistency that I know if I want something other than a burger, I should not even bother stopping there. They close down before the time listed on their website frequently so I know they aren't an option after 7pm because it's a coin flip on whether or not I'll get service. They rarely provide the sauces that usually come with their food (like marinara sauce or whatever), even if you ask for it. I know working fast food is hard and if they really are that poorly stocked, they might be experiencing managerial problems, but I just don't even go to this Sonic anymore because it's not worth catching the attitude or the disappointment. There are like two more in like a five mile radius who just do it better.
