I got a stomach flu after I ate their pepperoni pizza ? and boneless wings ?I felt super sick throwing up the entire next day at work so I had to go to the doctor because I was feeling terrible ? I wouldn’t recommend eating here after my experience. Also the service was alright, one of the staff was yelling at the other guys so I felt weird being in there.
Horrible I ordered my pizza at 4oclock and said it would take about a hour ok no biggie here it is going on two hours I tired calling and no answer just kept hanging up on me
I NEVER received my order nor did I receive a phone call, text, or email that it would not be delivered. When the order was more than an hours late, I called, I received a message that said, "If you are calling to place a new order, push 1; if you are calling concerning an existing order, push 2". I pushed 2. The phone rang and rang and then hung up. I AM NOT HAPPY.
I ordered a $10 tastemaker with pepperoni, extra meat, extra cheese. It cost me $23. The driver brought me 2 boxes. I questioned if my order was correct he said they were out of larges so I had 2medium pizzas. When I opened them there was a large with all the extras it was all stuck to the lid, uneatable, the medium pizza was pepperoni with no extras. Next time make me another pizza the way I ordered it. In my eyes you owe me a pizza done the right way.
They took over an hour to deliver. Had to just drive to the store, since they don’t know how to answer a phone. Got a refund. While at store getting refund they text my order is on the porch. Then they said the original driver for my food had car issues. Understandable but that’s why my phone is provided and they should have said it would’ve taken longer due to that issue. I’d understand.days later they decided to charge me for the refund and then the manager called to speak to me about the refund. She left 2 voicemails I’ve been calling back for a day to no avail. The manager and the workers don’t know how to answer a phone and apparently take back there refunds. Thanks for leaving the food on the porch after an hour in the cold when it was 30 degrees. Never will order from this location. TRASH.
The staff is always friendly and accomodates my order. The pizza is awesome as well!
I was given a delivery time for 5:18, the piazza was delivery close to 6:00pm and it was not hot, it was almost cold so my son had to heat it up. I was working so I was not able to call the store right away but when I did call, the phone just rang and rang then the call was dropped. Not sure what happened because I have not received bad service from that store until yesterday. Very disappointed.
Last night, I placed an order for delivery and didn't receive it. I stayed on hold in the phone system for over an hour this morning starting at 10:30, trying to get ahold of the store so that it can be resolved. After many attempts, I tried several times to have the call center transfer me directly to the store, which put me back through the phone system. I've been ordering from this location for at least a year, and haven't had any major problems before now. The delivery driver Chris is always courteous and on time. I would just like to contact someone about an undelivered pizza. Even the website order tracker says it is still in the prep stage hours later.

I like the wings here but not today. Two of my six wings were broken legs. It just grosses me out thinking about poor little chickens being treated so bad that they have bones hanging out of their legs. If they are in that condition I have zero faith that they are clean or disease free
