The past 3 times we’ve been here there has been way too much cheese on the pizzas to the point where we threw a whole one away. Tonight we asked for easy cheese in hopes it would be a proper amount and this is what got delivered to our house. We’re not eating it. We will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again. It’s been a waste of time, money & food.
1st off got my order wrong, driver took longer than usual, and didn't follow through with contact less delivery (leave at door) policy they advertise. Pizza was cold and looked liked it was in a rodeo (scattered pizza) when they finally came back with it. After several attempts finally spoke with manager and explained situation. She not only tried to avoid accountability but asked me to RE-HEAT my pizza if my kids are so hungry. WOW, needles to say that's the last time I order Pizza Hut!
There’s no menus in the store. I went in to order and there’s nothing anywhere. The teenager working there couldn’t be bothered to take his earbuds out to answer my questions…Went to the online menu and the smallest pizza you can order is a large? I’m sorry I’m one person and don’t need that much. So wasteful.Just stay away from here. It’s a miracle they’re still in business as it is, might as well put a nail in the coffin so an actual restaurant can take its place.
Waiting in line for 20 mins. They aren’t serving the cars in front either they are just sitting inside on their phones. They don’t answer the phones they claim they aren’t working. The pizza is not done all the way either and barely has any toppings. This isn’t my first bad experience here either. Usually waiting at the window and no one comes even when honking because calling them does no good. I will not be coming back to this one I’ll go across the street to big joes instead.
These people got my order wrong I assume. The driver gave my the wrong pizzas and when I called to ask for a refund I waited 20 minutes before the call ended! And everytime I called back it would end or someone would transfer me to someone else and no one would pick up! They where very I unprepared and unprofessional. I had to call the customer service at headquarters to even get my refund! And that didn’t take even 1 second for them to pick up the phone ! I will never be ordering from this Pizza Hut ever ever ever again.
The pizzas in my order were downright disgraceful. Sauce/cheese/toppings were only on the inside portions of maybe 1/2 of the pizza.
My pizza was delivered cold an hour after I ordered it. I don’t mind waiting but expected it to be hot. It was not edible in that state and had to be thrown away. I attempted to call the store directly but was disconnected each time I called, which was eight times. I eventually called the toll free customer service number to report the issue and request my money back for the pizza. I am waiting for them to contact me. More than likely I will not order from this store again if this issue is not resolved.
Sorry to hear about everyone who had bad experiences recently, but I gotta say they were awesome. I placed an order and then tried to call them because my friend told me that quepapas were discontinued (after I had just ordered some) and they didn't answer the phone. After 4 tries, I decided to let fate take it's course. My pizza and quepapas were delivered fresh and hot less than 25 minutes after I placed my order. Fastest delivery I've ever received. Great job y'all.
This is the second time I have ordered from this store. First time was pick up. Pizza was perfect. This time was delivery. It was 25 minutes late. The box was crushed.The pizza ingredients were all over the box and it was ice cold. Looks like I’m going to try a different pizza place after this experience.
I asked for pizzas to be well done, they were hardly done. Both pizzas (box meal) were nearly all crust. Wings were cold, breadsticks were fine.
