The noodles were extremely hard, we just left the place and not a single car was there but I tried calling 5 times and nobody answered the phone. I’ve called and called and the fact that they have to chance to pick up the phone and hang it up on me is absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT come to this Panda Express. Irvin, the "manager" was extremely disrespectful and refused to give me a refund on my food because he said "he can" and made me wait there for a whole hour, being late for work and he was laughing the whole time and kept saying "you can leave now since you're not getting a refund." What kind of manager is that??? He then told me to dig in the bowl to find him the hair and hand it to him. Thankfully, Amber came in and handled the refund in 2 seconds with no issues.
I really love going to get take out from here and i have gone to other locations but i like this one plus it's down the street from me. I also like it because i get senior discount but today i stopped to get my food and the girl that helped me told me that i could not get it and i told her i always get one and she said that i shouldn't have one. I don't understand that i might have to go back to the one that always gives me one. It's listed that they give you 10% and i spent $48.00. This was the one i really like but with gas being so high and everything going up on prices it makes me sad i can't go to this one again.
Everytime I've gone here I always have a bad experience. The cashiers are always rude. They're always out of everything. Nobody was wearing gloves. I try asking for sauce and they said they were out. This has to be the worst panda in the area. This last time I went I found a piece of hair in my food, they didn't want to serve me another plate or give me a refund.
Ordered online so it would be ready when I got there. When I get there a sign was on the door that stated only open via drive-thru. I couldn't wait an hour via drive-thru and I had already paid. I will not order online with them again. I had to leave for work without my food and they got my money.
Waited In line for almost a hour, finally received our food and me and my wife were checking it for accuracy of what we ordered. Snotty girl working the window then comes back and says “can you hurry up” I replied excuse me!? She then states oh I thought you were someone else? Y’all need to invest in training your employees in customer service and efficiency. I would give zero stars for my cold bland food
Don’t recommend this place at all! Each time that I go here they mess up my order. Me and my sister ordered broccoli and beef, only got the broccoli! Our other entrees that come in a box where incorrect. I have called them twice to let them know about it and they apologize and think that by giving us a free meal or cookie is gonna fix it. I truly wish that they would take this complaints seriously and actually try to work on it but it seems like they don’t.
If you go there within the last 3 hours of being open, they don’t make more food. You’ll get there with an hour and a half left until they close and they’ll only have a scoop left of a couple of the proteins. I think they make food once for the whole day? It’s very weird. I feel like it’s food poisoning waiting to happen. The rice is typically undercooked, as well. I’d skip this location
Always short on Food, But other that great food I love the staff. They always on top of their game. Very friendly and always have a big smile.
I am literally in line and have been for 20 minutes. They have taken at least 20 drive tjrough or online orders before me. While staring at me have 1 worker working the line orders and 4 every other order. I thought your in person customers were most important. We had old cold food by the time they finally tool us. Worst service ever!
ALWAYS LEFTOVERS AND NOTHING FRESH unless you are ordering super greens. No sauce on orange chicken and tastes like vinegar which tells you it was recooked and put out again. If i wanted super greens, it was 20 minutes every time I visites.
