I visited this place on a Thursday at about 2pm. Parking lot was empty. I thought great but now I know why... As I walked in the signs posted on register said to use the kiosk. I thought to myself I should have went through the drive-thru. First impressions - the kiosk screen was filthy. Greasy, smudges, etc etc.... I ordered the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. Kiosk said to take a table number flag. First impressions of eating area - dirty. Floors looked swept but dirty. Tables were clear of trash but dirty. I set my flag on the table. My number was called out loud! Why do I have a flag on my table if you're just gonna call out my number??? No effort by a manager to even walk into the dining area to at least hand me my food. I was the only patron in the place!!! Ok so now the food. I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe meal. Holy Smokes! The spicy sauce they put on this sandwich might be made from ghost peppers. It was incredibly spicy hot. I am used to spicy food but this was ridiculous. The sauce was piled onto this sandwich as well. Not enjoyable. Very, very disappointed. I cannot recommend this McDonald's. I recommend Subway across the street. Very clean there.
If you don't want to use a touch screen that everybody has used and infected with their germs, you don't want to come here. You do not have the option of going to the counter and placing your order. I'm not sure the people that work here could understand you if you did.The service is slow. The food is substandard. Yet this place is always packed...
Varies from day to day,Sometimes they forget sauces for nuggets, sometimes straws, little things don't mean much but for me it's kinda is an all or nothing thing. Would be nice if more people were detail oriented
When you make a purchase on the same day 5 minutes apart you expect to get your refund back to back.. I tried calling they have hung up on me it's not much of a refund but they are being so vindictive I can't believe it I never have been treated good at this McDonald's and when a business refuses to take care of a refund that is their fault don't show any remorse don't apologize . The evilness of greedevery single time I would count my change it wasn't much but they never gave me the right change and think about it 100 people go by wrong change you can make $20 $30 in a day easy these people have yet to do what they promised they were going to do and that's give me my refund.. I have called customer support they have given the information to owners organization to McDonald's I have called my bank and they're going to dispute that cost and also let them know that they don't even want to talk to me on the phone I didn't do anything wrong I just want my refund that's all.. people at this place should be so ashamed of themselves . I go to a lot of every McDonald's, I'm treated me with respect smile. They don't try to cheat you but there's always that rotten apple in the bunch shame on you McDonald's at belknap Street Haltom City
This place is horrible, not the fact they made me wait 20 min for a coffee and a sandwich. Like how can you give people this kind of trash and ask $10?
Multiple problems with our order. Had to return to have this corrected. They did give us the missing food and they did fix the problem with the Big Mac as well as give fresh fries since I had to go back and they would've been cold. But, the manager never apologized or really even acknowledged they screwed up. She just quickly fixed the problems.
Feb. 17th 2022- I order at the drive thru around 12-1pm and I didn’t like the way the person that took my orders, she was being rude yelling at me and then they didn’t give me the fries and drink for one of the meals ????Terrible customer service that needs the management because I probably wouldn’t come back to this McDonald’s!! Never was disappointed from here before but today is the last day I’ll be here.
One set of fries were cold, the others set warm. Cheeseburger cold and was a hamburger then added cheese late. It wasn't melted. Milk good.
We had to wait for 15-20 minutes in the drive thru. We finally got or food and the burgers were made wrong, it was right on the receipt. The meat? was cold and dry like it had been sitting for sometime. The store will never answer their phone. I once got a fish sandwich here and there was a large bone in it. I tried calling to warn the manager to be cautious because I didn't want someone else to get choked ,but no answer. The food at this store is awful.
This location is always a hit or miss, staff is okay just food quality isn't the best. I know it is a major chain in fast food but stale or soggy fries or not acceptable. Plus the obvious ice cream machine problem.
