I asked for two pepperoni's and one sausage. He made them all "ExtraMost" without asking. I didn't know those were the default now. I went with it, not a big deal. After I paid he let me know that it would be 10 minutes. In the past that has usually been communicated before paying, but whatever. Then I received a normal sausage even though I paid for a "ExtraMost" And none of the pizzas are cut well at all. Every piece tears in half instead of separating. They need an adult at this location. Everyone looked 16. I'd recommend going to a different location.
Fast, cheap and good what's not to like?!? Especially since I do all my ordering online and never have to wait for my food! And their Batman calzony is actually really good! But always get the sauce!!
The pizza is very thin and burnt cheese pizzaSo I ask to give me a new one the yound lady told me I have to wait but pizza come out the same thing they doesn’t make for me new one and the manger is so rude she doesn’t take care customer and what she want to talk just talking herself and she doesn’t listen what customer talking
Going to try to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was a bad day. But this particular day the service was horrible. I ordered a regular cheese and pepperoni. They gave me two burnt Pepperonis, went to ask for my cheese and a new pepp. WATCHED the cashier put the burnt peps back in the warmer and they made me a cheese and gave me one of the same burnt pepperonis……… what should really gross you out is that I touched both burnt pepperonis to make sure they were burnt and not just over cooked cheese! So yeah I mean I’m not tripping over $5.55 but that’s gross , even though I’m a clean and healthy person, it’s gross… really really really gross and disrespectful!
2 stars because it is normally a bit better but cmon, you’re gonna serve burnt pizza?!? Time to start checking the box before leaving.
Order 2 extra most bestest thin crust pepperoni pizzas with hot wings I get lightly cooked pizzas with barely any pepperoni on them my wing are garlic parmesan I've called over 10 times no answer just getting hung up on IM FURIOUS I dont give away my money I want what i PAY FOR
You will literally tell these people 10 times you want a CLASSIC pizza, with LIGHT cheese and they will make you the extra most bestest pizza with extra cheese and toppings, and argue with you about it just for that extra dollar. Listening is fundamental. Why would I order an extra most bestest cheese pizza with LIGHT cheese? Makes no sense.
They won't let me upload a photo or else I would ?. Either they are false advertising or they gave us the wrong order or they didn't make our order properly and they refused to correct the issue.
