When arrived Matthew was so helpful and was quick to serve me and others . My two pizza were done asap and hot. Happy customer and would recommend this location.Thank you Matthew and I hope the company treats you well.Hope to see you again.
Placed an order in the app as soon as my order was indicated as ready I got there and my order wasn't even on the screen and it seemed that this was an issue for other customers as well, I waited and after 4 other people got their orders, once It was finally given, they messed up one of my pizzas, so again I had to wait. Not even a complementary item for my long unnecessary wait, staff was low key rude. The The pizza that was given to me in the end it wasn't even cut and was just slit onto the Box
2nd Visit:Not as great. I came to order 2 Hot and Ready pizzas. Nobody was at the counter for about 5 minutes, and once I ordered I was told it would be a 15 minute wait. The point of "Hot and READY" is they should be READY! I don't mind waiting maybe 5 minutes or so, but there looked like only three staff, and the two in the back were going at a snail's pace, like they were just chilling and hanging out. Disappointing.Although the hot and ready had a short wait, the staff was great and I was in and out quick! Great price too!

We placed an order and we're waiting outside to pick it up but nobody is here! Three other people are waiting, just as confused!
Pizza was veryyy undercooked, tasted horrible and can still taste and feel the dough and it was sloppily thrown together. Had to rebake at home. Last time I went is was very lazily made as well toppings are also just in the center only thrown on there. Bad customer service as well, not greeted or told how long wait would be , complaining about how they had to stay .
They were very busy and did a great job with the wait time and the pizza was so good ,it was worth the wait..
That Jenna girl with the short hair is terrible with a horrible attitude she needs to go home. Management needs to let her go, just doesn’t want to be there and it’s affecting the rest of the crew, just bad for business.
It's hot, it's ready, their cheesy bread is addicting. Not much else to say, really. Pizza pizza.
Managment must suck. Only had 2 maybe highschool kids scheduled after 6pm. Definitely wasn't fast but the people there were working hard and doing there best.
