Had a horrible experience at this location.The person taking my order was totally disinterested in the job. The one that took the order was the same one who fried my food, and the worst part is, he took out the food immediately from the freezer behind the counter and threw it in the oil.When I got my food, it was not even cooked and I went up to him to tell him the food was not cooked and they need to provide a proper service. To this he winked at the girl who was working there.This location has total disrespect for customers. Please do not go there.
The chicken here is some of the best I have ever had. The pieces of chicken are a good size, the crust is crunchy, and the chicken is tender and juicy. The chicken tenders are really good too for the people who don't want to deal with bone in chicken. I'd recommend the Mac & Cheese, jalapeño poppers, or corn nuggets for sides. The inside also has several drink and snack options similar to a convenience store. Definitely worth stopping by for lunch if you're in the area.
Cluck Cluck ….This location has gone way down hill ….Ordered 15 piece chicken tender dinner today ….Gravy was watered down …Chicken tenders were tough and some inedible!For the prices they charge the food should be Great!I used to LOVE this place but not really anymore ….I will take my business back to Chicken Express -
Ate here Sunday night 2/20/2022- at about 8-8:30pm. My sister, neice, and myself all got food positioning.My sister had to goto the ER and just received a call back to return to the hospital due to positive cultures being found in her lab results (contamination from food)Best the owner can do is reimburse for the $23 meal. 6hours in the ER, and now having to go back, two days of missed work, and 2nights of us puking our guts up all for getting dinner from this place.
Best fried chicken in the DFW area, if I'm wrong, then tell me where I should go. People working there are nice friendly and very attentive to your order
The atmosphere is pretty chilled, we ordered our food and they accidently gave our food to someone else, when brought to their attention they fixed the issue immediately and offered an extra drink, they actually gave us extra food and drink to make up for it, all with a smile...thanks so much to this awesome crew..would have given 5 stars had my fiancees chicken strips been as hot as my chicken livers, and had I gotten my large sweet tea..love the sweet tea here
We've been ordering catfish dinners from Lisa's for over 5 years now but got the absolute worst two ever last night for dinner. The fish was virtually non-existent, the batter on both sides was thicker than the fish. Crunchy outside but nothing inside and couldn't eat the ends. Plus the price has increased by 3.00, which is understandable due to today's prices going up but not for decreased quality.
We came here to eat on our lunch break and we paid for are food and there was a worker that was absolutely RUDE!!! He actually stop us from eating to say that we have not paid for are drinks. And we are trying to leave without paying for drinks when we are still in the middle of eating. I find This very rude.... Please folks don't judge by the appearance..
I love there chicken here, there fast and there prices are very good.
I love this place. I went today and it was busy, as usual, but I patiently waited. I look forward to the one cheat day per month because nothing is better than their pizza pockets and burritos. Today super disappointed. The pizza pockets were way over cooked and the burritos were under cooked. This has to be a fluke as I waited over 15 minutes for the order. I will of course go back, because let's face it, they are they are amazing! Oh and their chicken is awesome as well!
