Worst experience ever at this location. I've had 2 bad experiences here in the past, but gave it a 3rd chance. So now I can say I will not return to this location again. My order for over 45$ was cold and incomplete. I then had to wait in the drive-thru for 15 minutes, my incomplete order is extra cold. I told the drive-thru guy that my tender meal and the fries from my 4 piece chicken meal were not in the bag. The Manager came to the window and took the receipt and gave me back a 10 dollar bill and said we are out of tenders, unless you want something else. Umm yes my fries please is what I replied. She gave me cold fries to go with my cold meal lol. Horrible customer service at it's best. If I could give this place a negative star ? I would.
4/28/2022 @ 7:10 PMI just went through the drive through window at KFC on Western Center.I had trouble getting a twelve piece family meal. I was told I would have to wait 25 minutes. While waiting there was a person walking around in the back area where all the food was being prepared wearing a pair of shorts and a wife beater style tank top. Arm pit hairs exposed in the food prep area. Wow!I asked to speak to the "manager " and some man named Carlos showed up with an attitude. I asked about why he would allow someone dressed like that in the food prep area. He told me it did not matter. I asked what he thought the city health inspector would do. He replied the inspector was in early that morning and shut the window in my face then walked away.The head manager really needs to completely evaluate that situation and all of the employees there and see if he cannot fix some of the issues going on.
Not a fan of KFC. Just stopped for the “Famous Bowls”. Ordered four of them & was asked to pull forward & wait about 4 mins for food. Waited 20 mins & we were their only customers. :-( Drive thru speaker is very low & needs to be fixed.
The first time we went the chicken was fresh. This time it looked like it had been sitting there since the night before. Half the crust was missing and the chicken was rock hard underneath. We ended up having to just throw it out because it was basically inedible. You may want to just skip this place and make it at home. Why keep this location open if you can't even do the one thing you're here to do, which is make chicken? Maybe you should pay your employees enough to care about the product they put out the window. I would be ashamed to own a business that put out trash like we got.

Wonderful manager, awesome staff! Actually seem like they want to be at work! Hot fresh and great. We'll pick this KFC next time we are in the area!
My son wanted to try the new plant based nuggets, so we went through the drive thru and got some chicken and nuggets. Nuggets were missing entirely and the chicken was dry and so hard our teeth hurt to chew it. We live pretty far and only go through this area once a week so we don’t have time to drive back.
too much of the oil in the nashville sauce. seems like they didn't shake it before pouring. it was also missing the gravy.
I’m starting to believe the “good reviews” are from either the managers or the employees because the manager asked them to do so.Lazy employee (was a girl) working at the drive thru (Friday afternoon). I hope this location improve the training and salary for the new employees.
I was told to wait outside for our meal and it has been over 30 minutes now. No other customers waiting except me. They did not tell me I was going to be waiting this long.I’m done waiting and want a refund.
