If I could give them 0 stars I would, I’m usually pretty fair with fast food workers but they simply don’t deserve it. The worst attitudes I have came across in a while and did ask if I needed any sauce or anything of the sort. Once I did ask for sauce she handed me one for my bag full of food and told me she would have to charge for more. I have had jack in the back plenty of time and she is the only worker that has ever tried to enforce that awful “rule”. Especially when it’s not even fitting “ranch don’t go with tacos” ? Weird for someone to tell you what to dip your food in.Anyways literally go to any other jack in the box because this one and it’s workers are trash.
After a long day of work I had gone to the haltom city jack in the box. I went on drive threw and was taken care by some girl name Christina bigger lady working there. Extremely rude dry not friendly at all should be taken off the drive threw. Everyone she is handling customers her appearance and her attitude right of the back are extremely horrible and unprofessional she should take some classes or learn how to have customers service.
Ordered threw Uber eats sitting here waiting on order and as it's supposed to be delivered I get a message saying they cancelled my order smfh!!! Everytime I got to a jack in the box in haltom I leave disappointed fr!!!!
I ordered a #3 and got the Texas Double Jack because the 1st menu says a #3 is a Sourdough Jack which is what I wanted. I didn't realize the 2nd menu was different. Their menus don't match. Then, I went again and had to wait about 15 minutes so everything should have been fresh but both the curly fries and regular fries were cold and stale.
My breakfast jack wasn't fresh but the fries were. Seems like fast food is more we don't care fast food. I guarantee the employees aren't eating their food under temp.
Drive-thru for some late-night munchies and they were out almost everything. Found something got to the window and the girl was not apologetic at all. Better luck next time
Only sandwich I've had is the chicken bacon ranch and it was very delightful. Brioche buns and nice, crispy chicken .
Literally the worst jack in the box besides the other one in Haltom city. I get working fast food sucks but don’t be rude or do your good customers dirty.
The worse visit!!! I placed my drive thru order #1 I spoke loud and clear and I continued to have to repeat myself more than once for 2 #4's and a jumbojack...#2 I asked to add a monster taco since the note on menu said NO regular tacos and he says NO there no more I said okay then well thats it and I continued to move forward waited for 3 cars in front of me took forever AND #3 I GET RO WINDOW HE SAID WHAT YOUR ORDER i TOLD HIM HE WAS JUST STARING AT ME SAID NO HE CANCELED ORDER BECAUSE I DIDN'T ANSWER HIM WHEN HE ASKED TO REPEAT ORDER AFTER HE SAID NO MONSTER TACOS I TOKD HIM IF I DIDN'T WANT ORDER I WOULD OF DRIVEN OFF HE SAID FIR ME TO GO AROUND AND ORDER AGAIN I SAID EHY DINCE I DIDN'T CANCEL !! #4 I ASKED FOR MANAGER HE SAID THERE ISN'T ONE I ASKE WHO WAS IN CHARED HE SAID NO ONE UHH I DONT KNOW!! OF COURSE I DROVE OFF BECAUSE WHO KNOWS WHAT HE WOULD OF HAD DONE TO OUR FOOD ..NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE !!
I have been going to this jack in the box for years but the last 4 times have been bad i keep giving them chances the kids that are working there dont know what they have on the menu because i asked for tacos and they said they dont have tacos and then they said yes they do and when i got home the sandwich i ordered was not i ordered. Will not be going back to this location again. I can't believe they keep that staff. All my family and friends have stopped going i understand why
