The customer service is hit or miss. I make it a point to be kind and polite, but rarely do I get the same in return. They’re short with you and sometimes don’t even say hi or thank you. They’re obviously understaffed, which might explain their lackluster enthusiasm, but I sure would appreciate some positive interaction, especially first thing in the morning. We are all dealing with current events and struggles.
Went this morning inside and when ready to order the person working drive through asked if someone could help me - but the young lady responded “He can wait, I am not working the front”. Wow - never had that experience before. Took my business to Shipley Donuts ?
I just want to start off by saying that I recently moved and the dunkin donuts by me can't make Iced Carmel Machiatto right for nothing. Always have to have them remake it and it still tastes bad. Well I was passing through tgis town on my way back home from a baby shower and the lady who made my drink made it PERFECT. Was starting to forget what it's suppose to taste like. Kudos to the morning staff today. Thank you! Also everyone was very nice and cheerful. ????
Never really had issues with this location till today.. I ordered a bagel and a matcha latte. I kid you not my bagel was not prepared properly and was still raw. The matcha latte was majority milk rather matcha. Didn’t realize how awful the reviews were at this location.
I agree with a few posts here… this place is hit or miss. They’ve also recently started locking the door to the lobby. This makes it impossible to pop back in real quick if/WHEN they make a mistake on the order!! We ended up waiting in the drive through line again to get a single donut that was missed on our order. Aggravating to say the least.
I have been coming to this location for one month and after today I never will go into any location again. I’ve gotten four free drinks and decided to get one today before work at 8:15am. I ordered through the app and went through the he drive-thru, super easy and efficient. I got to work which is in the same “strip” as this location and started sipping on my Refresher. It was a different flavor I decided to try so I thought nothing of the taste until my third sip and I realized something was not right. I look at the bottom of my cup and there is a small grey clump in the bottom and I used a plastic fork to pick at it and it was solid and smelled terrible. I took my drink back which was two steps away and was told they have no idea what it is and definitely should not be there. Offered me another drink which I took but did not drink because after throwing up I was absolutely done. I will never visit a DDs again. Completely ruined an experience and I would rather go to Starbucks instead. They may cost a few pennies more but I’ve been going to them for 10+ years and I’ve never had anything nasty like this happen.
Ordered a bagel with cream cheese instead of putting the correct type of cream cheese in the first place they just added a extra $2.49 to have it show up what type of cream cheese I wanted. They really need to teach their employees how to correctly input orders. I paid $5 for 1 bagel with veggie garden cream cheese when it should of been $2.29.
Stood in the lobby for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order before I was told they are only operating the drive thru due to understaffing. To bad my car was being serviced next door. Never got any food or drinks.
Third time they’ve gotten my order wrong after telling them specifically no cheese because of a dairy allergy. When I checked it before driving away and went back around, they made me pull forward without any type of apology. Not sure who they have working here, but not somewhere I’ll choose to visit again.
I mean this in the nicest possible way, but this place is terrible. I order the same thing at each Dunkin I go to and this one never makes it right. I get an Iced Skim Milk Latte and twice now I couldn’t drink the latte they made me because it tasted sour. I’m not sure if the milk is rotten or what but I don’t recommend getting a drink from here. It doesn’t taste at all like other Dunkins I’ve tried.
