4/5/22 8:30pm the reason for 1 star I went thru drive thru ordered chicken fried steak meal and wanted an extra paddy lady on speaker said no you have to order second meal I said okay 2 meals substitute my drink for double mash again she said no has to be a drink, what happened to good customer service very disappointed will never go to any churches chicken lost a loyal customer.
Every time I’ve come here they are always close for dining I came up here five or six times already during the daytime it doesn’t make a difference what time you come they never have the dining room open and also that’s really kind of nasty when you come up here to be able to order food and a cookie standing outside eating chicken and wiping his hands on his clothing makes you wonder if he’s even washing his hands once he’s touching your food
Always consistent food! Even with the busy time of the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo it was a quick meal and super enjoyable
They were really quick and the food was hot and fresh. Popper were perfect.
They were short staffed, but absolutely gave awesome service and they were super nice at the order and window. Food was hot and tasty and the wait wasn't any longer than many other places that are full staff.
Food was delish. Good customer service. The jalapeño goes so well with the chicken. Haven't been to a Church's chicken in a while. Great experience
Staff are reasonably friendly if you go on the 2nd shift, they will NOT let you substitute your chicken though, even if you are willing to pay the difference which makes ABSOLUTELY No Sense to me but...Whatever Church's, Lol ???♂️?♂️
They can't take orders properly. Last 2 times ordered spicy. Also ordered mashed potatoes.NOT.NEVER going there again. They would have better luck by going to zoo & hiring some chimps for ordered takers. Sighed:John Medina...
Churches is suffering the same problem a lot of companies are, they are very short staffed. That aside, the employees are still awesome. You will have a wait but be patient. The food will be fresh ?
Do not go to this location. Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. No one taking orders in the drive thru. Drove up to the window. Plenty of chicken in the trays. Did not ever see a single person. If you don't have enough workers shut it down. Wasted 40 minutes of my time.
