When I first came to Texas I was told that this chicken place was nasty. I believe it may be a location issue, meaning some locations are great and some locations or not. However, this location is awesome. I walked in and see how clean they establishment was how fast and friendly they was in. The customer service was great. I'm very big on customer service. You can mess up and order but if your customer service is on point the customer will forgive you and come back. But if your customer service is nasty, you lose business. I enjoyed the kind and courteous employees
Fresh as can be. Fast friendly service. Cashier seemed a bit new, but well mannered. Only small negative..not enough gravy to potatoes ratio.My new favorite locationThank You.

I want to share my experience with this store today 2-21-22. This is my 3rd time they screw up my order. I went today and the sides were not correct. I ordered the fish and specifically ask and made sure tater sauce was added. I asked again before I drove off and the guy at windows stated yes two were added to meal. I get home and guess, sides were wrong and yes, no tater sauce. I could not even enjoy my menu. I ended up throwing away.. I called the store and all they said come back and get it. Well, they don't understand driving back, then back home, the food would get cool. Who wants to eat cold food. Then he said. OK thanks for letting us know have a good evening. Is this the way you should be treated. To top it off corporate does not have a way to contact them. Clearly states contact local restaurant for issues. What does that tell you.
Good food and service, drive thru goes by quickly and the dining room is always clean on the off chance I go in.
Great Chicken and fried pickles. Unfortunately, we will not be back. Their prices have increase 50%! ? The value we used to enjoy - as much as the food - has evaporated. Sad.
My husband and I stopped by there last night, ordered chicken tenders and fish filled dinners. WORST FOOD EVER!! The food was extremely dry, especially the fish, no tarter sauce (said they ran out when we asked for some), and the overall flavor was hideous! After a couple of bites, we both couldn't eat the food. Not one trash bin to be found so we just gave the food back to the person at the front counter, explaining it was inedible. (No we didn't ask for a refund but should have). Believe it or not, they had no reaction and couldn't care less. Waste of time and money.
This location is the worst. Cold chicken tenders, dry fish fillets, out of tarter sauce. If you go inside they are to busy to help you.
The coke that was given to us was flat. We asked for another one, and informed the drive thru cashier that machine is pumping out flat coke, and he, just knowing this, gives us another flat coke from the same machine. We told the cashier again that it is flat, and he is shocked to hear it a second time, so we asked for a Dr. Pepper, which turned out to have waaaaay too much CO2 and no syrup. We decided that we weren't going to get a good drink, so we left. When we get home, which is 30min away, we find out that one of our sides is missing. If you ever go to this location, which I never will again, please check everything before you go. The called the manager for a refund, which he did agree to it, but only for the fries. I'm sorry, but I am not going to go back 30mins away for some fries! And the manager did not apologize for my experience, nor try to give me a refund, which I asked l for. His attitude was poor and unacceptable for a manager. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. GO TO THE ONE IN ROANOKE INSTEAD OFF OF 377.
