This is the worst Burger King I have ever experienced! I ordered the whopper meal and the impossible whopper meal. The bread was stale, the condiments were old, and veggies were wilted.The sides tasted like they had been refried and not fresh. The best thing about the meals was the drinks. I can't believe an establishment would serve there customers this kind of quality of food. I spent $20 and this was and absolute waste of money. People work to hard to recieve this kind of service especially when times are hard. I would give them no stars but you are forced to give them one!

Burger King is a decent fast food restaurant. I think it’s pretty good, I usually get the 5$ your way meal because it’s cheap for the amount. Sometimes the meat is kinda bland and doesn’t have much of a flavor, one time I went here and ordered the 5$ your way meal and when I went home to eat my double whopper it only had one patty, not a problem, but not exactly what it was supposed to be.

This location is so awful. I waited at the drive thru for between 5-10 minutes with no one to reply or greet me. So did the lady in front of me. Pulled up to the window and there’s not a single employee in there. No sign stating they are closed. Nothing. This was at 5:30 on a Tuesday. No sign, no employees. Waited and called the phone and it was busy. And awhile back when we had a tornado, my daughter and granddaughter took shelter inside the Burger King bathroom because a tornado had touched down on 820, and the employees made them leave in the middle of the storm. My daughter and her baby had to go out in the tornado because the employees kicked them out.

Ordered a combo meal and paid after I was asked to insert my card. The guy hands me a receipt for the sandwich only. I let him know I wanted the combo and his response was “I’m sorry sir you already paid for the sandwich.” So then I had to pay another $5+ for a medium fries and drink making my meal almost $3 more than if he would have rang up what I asked him. Food was ok for fast food but customer service at this location apparently is a zero.

Didn’t tell me about the up charges for impossible patty. Then asked me to park on the side forgot the whopper and didn’t include the chicken fingers I ordered. After all that waiting I would expect the order to be correct!

I went through the drive-through today and ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a medium A medium onion ring. I opened the bag and pulled out an onion ring and it was extremely old so I asked them to get me a fresh batch please hes and he yanks it out of my hand and and while he was gone I opened up the bacon cheeseburger and it was cold it was cold so I waited till he came back, Then told him that the Burger was cold and I would like to go ahead and get my money back I'm money back so he turns around yelling she wants her money back now! This large Mexican woman comes up to the window and hands me money back with an attitude not saying a word and slams the door in my face... So they're mad at me for their food being cold and old! Wow what customer service! Never again.

I usually order on Uber eats and it takes almost an hour just to prepare 2 burgers. I’ve had people cancel my deliveries because they take so long and from reading the other reviews, I see why now

You're "guest relations line" shouldn be the same number as to call the store. The Store itself is completely shut off to phone calls as if a burger joint has more than 10 a day. It's lazy, and garbage customer service. Both optiojs the call center gives you, only lead you to online, so I guess here I am /: Why did I even order here....

Came through about 742 to get breakfast wasn’t greeted didn’t say thank you she didn’t repeat the order back to me I get up to the window to find out that she is on her phone so I randomly took a picture because I was going to post it you’re not supposed to be doing that you’re at work take your personal phone calls to the back not while you are helping a customer. after I took the picture she decided to throw my card at me not a very smart move because I still have your picture I will be posting it everywhere letting them know what kind of heavy fat ugly people they have working at Burger King so to the lady who threw my credit card you’ll get what you deserve.

Here’s the whopper I was given. I think the picture speaks for itself, but it was missing most of the toppings. Fries were undercooked/soggy. Line is too long to wait to go through again. Lobby of the store is closed. Can’t talk to the local store on the phone. Very disappointing.
