I don’t know if they have recently changed ownership or staff but the last few times I have gone the wings were so over fried I couldn’t finish them. I had lemon pepper and my daughter had a Buffalo. Not sure I’ll give them a 3rd opportunity to disappoint me.
Always fast and fresh, whether it’s wings or fried rice it’s always great.
Poor customer service and food was not good quality. Fried rice taste bad like it was made a few days. Wings were stale. I personally told the manager that I was not coming back anymore to order food there because it was the 2nd time they messed up my order and she said that's fine. No customer service skills. I do not recommend this place.
When I started coming here 10 years ago, they had great wings homemade ranch and great service, you could get Philly wing combo for around 9 bucks, it was great! NOW the employees are rude they don't have home made ranch, charge extra for extra wet wings or anything they can, and the Philly wing combo is close to 20 $ the only thing still good about this place is the overpriced wings, they don't deserve you being a patron at there restaurant find somewhere else to get wings!!
The food is made to order. Fried were a little overcooked/dry for my personal liking. Wings were good and crispy but it is mostly a dry seasoning unless you ask specifically for extra sauce or wet which is .50cents extra. Prices are decent and fair . There aren't many selections in sauces. The wings are bone in traditional type. This seems to be a local hot spot for Haltom City. The Philly steak was good and flavorful. The gyro was a little messy and unorganized for me. The pita bread was a little soggy from being over loaded. The chicken tenders are a little thin for my liking but it was a little over cooked. The parking isn't the best. I would probably return again but i wouldn't go out of my way. It is a self proclaim "best wings and Philly in the city" but I would not agree.
Really enjoyed my meal! Fries were fresh, wings were well seasoned, and the service was great. They had a Shrek playing for my little cousins to watch while eating, which was nice of them.
It's hard to get through when you call. So I prefer to order online. The food service is fast and reasonable. And food is always great!
They need more employees, a better system for picking up orders, and answer there phone. Complete mess. How do people who order online have to wait the hour for it to be ready and then another hour to pick up.
The food was really good. Large portions. So much I couldn't finish. Tried the chicken tenders and they asked if I wanted it tossed in Buffalo sauce. So I did and they were good. Very tender, tenders. Lol, will be back to try other things.
I’m not sure what made them think the food is so good that the prices can go all the way up. I use to go here because it’s close by my house and the prices were decent for the food(wings with rice)I was buying, but not $20 for rice and wings this is ridiculous especially when it’s not even on the next level. Might as well go to a restaurant especially to expect better customer service and just get the full experience I guess.
