Sat in the store for 40 minutes waiting on the food to be ready. My food had been finished after 20 minutes and set to the side, but they neglected to realize it was mine. They even came by to ask what my name was, looked at the bag of food with my name written on it, and then let me keep sitting until asking me and checking the same bag a second time. Additionally, the sauce lids were not put on all the way and the sauce spilled over all the containers.
A 3 star from me is a not good nor bad, but a neutral experience. Just to clarify.The last time I went was about a week's ago, the guy at the front only took half the order and had to be corrected to continue ordering. Also, everyone there did smell of weed that night. Other than that it's cheep and tge order was accurate. After being corrected the guy at the front desk did apologize, and for someone who looks stoned, he did do a pretty good job considering that.

Ordered 70cent boneless wings and they charged me for a combo I did not ask for so apparently the discount doesn't apply and would not correct it. Lemon pepper had barely any seasoning and asked for some because they tasted like bland chicken. Said they have to charge me extra. 36 dollars for a bill that should have been 20 for food that is the quality of 5 cents. Lacks in service, dirty store, incompetent employees, sub par food.
Always ask for extra crispy on both fries and chicken, most of the time the fries are soggy and they taste like they've been sitting for a while, please do better!
