I love whataburger but looks like their foot and service has changed. The fries were like fries from in and out. I ordered a #7 the burger only had lettuce & pickles and hair in it. I hope management steps up on the training. And please no hair or hair fries. I don’t like in and out burgers. Thank you
I never do reviews but I feel that I would hate for someone to get food poisoning because I didn’t say anything so here I am.. my husband got so sick for almost a week because we had this place. We had the jalapeño burgers and they didn’t taste right AT ALL! I as well found a hair in my burger. I didn’t even keep eating it. But unfortunately my husband ate the whole thing cause he was hungry.. please be aware of this place.
Terrible location. Poorly managed. Sat over 20 minutes waiting for 1 car to receive their food. So by the time we received our food as fourth in line everything was cold. The window seems to be broken and difficult for the employee to open and the employee never spoke a word. Just gave is part of an order and shut the window. I asked about a missing drink and they just looked at me. Never said a word. Seems you need a better manager to train your people. We've eaten at WB in every state that has one and this location ranks worst of any!
I really love whataburger BUT this location is consistently BAD durning the evening. Anytime I go for lunch it’s great. Tonight they forgot my wife’s gravy, so I went to the door to have someone hand it to me. An employee yell at me and told me to get back into the drive-thru line, the line was in the street basically and I already waited 25-30 mins, not gonna do that again. I should learn from my mistakes because the night crew really gets the order right. Step up it night crew!
Wow…. We waited in line for 50 min for 2 burger. 20 min was spent sitting at the window! After waiting for 50 min the manager came to the window and told us that they didn’t have the ingredients for a mushroom swiss burger. I would have appreciated being told that when we first ordered! Absolutely ridiculous. We asked for our money back and left. I feel sorry for all the people behind us that got cold food because it was sitting out at least the 20 min we were at the window.
Great food chain, but this place has great people which makes the experience even better!Food is always good but having cheerful people working and providing for the travelers sure give you a reason to return here!
I go through the Drive thru three times a week. The Customer Service that she provides is excellent! She always has a smile on her face, an awesome spirit, and just very kind. You should truly give this woman a raise!!! SHE IS AWESOME. She told me her name and I know it starts w an S. I can't remember if it is Shanika or something other.
The food was delicious, hot, prepared to order. But the person who took my order was very rude!!! If they don't like the job they need to find another.
This location used to have best hamburger in Greenville, Texas. Today was my last trip. For some reason, everything has changed. They are interminably slow. They have not gotten the order right for several trips there. The hamburgers are always COLD! This last time I ordered a single hamburger and got a "hamburger meal." And we had to wait FOREVER!! No straws for the drinks. No catsup. Money-taker had mast pulled down below her nose. When asked how that protected me, she smarted off at me.
Always great hamburgers, but this specific location often has personnel issues. It would seems many working there cannot handle the stress of a dinner or lunch rush. Several times I have ordered with the app and when I go to pick it up, after giving them my name, the order will have been completed, but sitting there getting cold. I think a little more training would benefit the overall customer experience.
