I went through the drive-thru yesterday (in Greenville TX) around 3pm, and the person taking the orders was talking so fast. I felt like I was being rushed to place my order, and not to mention, he seemed to get frustrated with me because I didn’t place my order in the manner he expected. I have been going to Wendy’s for years (my cousin manages one in Texarkana) and I know exactly what I want when I get there.Also, they need to teach the young lady at the window to say thank you, don’t come back, or kiss my “you know what” instead of not saying anything and closing the window. I’m sure there are other businesses who would gladly take my money.
probably the most horrible wendys ever. customer service is bad and nothing is cooked right. the nuggets some were undercooked and some were overcooked red color! fries were soggy and stale cookies for 1.49!!

Walked in at 5:30 PM on Friday, 2/25/22. You would expect them to have sufficient people to service customers during this time of day. You would be wrong. I know of at least three people that got tired of waiting to order and left. From the time I got in line to the time I got my food, 20 minutes had passed and they had two orders wrong during that time. Definitely will not go back! Yes, I understand how COVID has messed up so many restaurants, but to keep customers coming back you have to be doing better than that.
Out of probably 8 or 9 employees working, only one gentleman wanted to work today at Wendy's. I wouldn't recommend doing mobile ordering from this Wendy's unless you want to wait up to 30 minutes after the pick up time for your order. Many of the employees were walking around not doing anything.
I would never suggest this place to anyone for many reasons. My dad and I have been here multiple times, and every single time, every worker was very rude, had an attitude, and did not know what they were doing. Any time we have gone through the window, like a few minutes ago, the lady had a rude look on her face, talked very snappy and rudely, slammed the window in our face twice, and pretty much threw our bag at us. The drinks never taste right, the food is always smushy, undercooked or overcooked, and inside is unclean and disgusting. Never go to this one.
I really like the Greenville lication, the store manager,(Guy) is a very nice man, my orders are right, fast ,and fresh. I am a customer for life because of Guy manager.
I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger and the bun was hard as a rock. When I called about it and asked if they check for food quality before handing it out through drive thru, the person replied that they check every order before handing it out. Why did this one miss inspection of person making to person handing out?!? Quality of food and customer service at this location is very poor. I will not eat at this location ever again.
This is one of my favorite places to eat! Every one is very friendly and the restaurant is always clean.
