Inside is dirty, employees are in no hurry to help you. If you do an online order you may have to wait 15 minutes past pick up time, I know I did. Never again
I went through the drive thru to find a nice person in a "free hugs" t-shirt. When I arrived at the window the employee noticed my USAA card and asked if I was military, my spouse I said. They gave me the Taco Bueno military discount I didn't know they had. Upon delivering my food, they added an extra burrito because they had overmade one. I really appreciated the fast and kind service. It made my day. I know
I went two days ago with my girlfriend she ordered the wholotta platter and the rice and beans looks like they were sitting for a few hours or even days it was hard and chewy... and the chicken on the quesadilla was dry no flavor whatsoever..
Food wasn't real good no one else in store and they messed up the order

went there today through the drive thru, ordered beef muchos. When I went to eat no silverware. Not something you can eat with your hands. Ridiculous!
They're never open when they say they are. When they are open some of the associates are just rude, never even smile. But honestly with a job that only pays $9 I can't really blame them for the lack of morale. Pay your workers what they're really worth and you'll have people actually applying for the positions and that are happy to be there.
Stood at the counter for 5 minutes watching green and blue haired people employees walk by without any acknowledgement that myself and another patron were there. Perhaps if we would have had unnatural colored hair we would have been noticed and accepted as customers.
They messed up my order and wouldn't fix it. They wanted me to buy the order again for them to get it right. This was the manager who told me this, though I was not given a name and in fact, everyone there refused to give me a name. It's a terrible place to go to.
My food was amazing. My refried beans were so good. My daughter says it's okay but I loved it here.
