Ladies toilet would not flush. No tea was made for customers. Restaurant was not clean. Only one person working. Not up to usual standards for Subway.Food was good but atmosphere was not.
The place is always clean, the staff always friendly and there not sparing with veggies. I am a repeat customer many times. The Rotisserie chicken is awesome.Keep up the great workSM
It’s been longer than I can remember coming into this particular subway and see a smiling face.Dorothy was working today, super sweet girl! She was smiling and I didn’t feel like I was a burden getting some lunch! It was a nice change!Give this girl a raise and please keep her around!
I ordered a sandwich online yesterday before work and the entire sandwich was wrong, cold and sloppily thrown together including the wrong type of meat. Went in to get a refund or the correct sandwich and the manager was condescending and trying to throw it off on me like it was my fault or somebody else’s that they made my sandwich wrong the entire time we were talking. Told me I would have to pay for another sandwich despite the fact that I didn’t get to eat the original sandwich I ordered so I wasted my money on a garbage footlong?. My advice to anyone who goes to this location to get a sandwich would be to go in person and order and not online because if you do and they make your sandwich wrong apparently it’s your fault.
Good homemade small links but not Pittsburgh. Made and prepped on the premises. They are delicious downtown Tyler across from Smith county jail.
Take long time only one person serving food was good need to get more help
This one's tough I want to the one on Wesley Street was a filthy and the attitudes there sucked so I removed myself from that situation and went to the one by Home Depot. Very clean great attitudes. So I'll get over the one by Home Depot four and a half Stars. One on Wesley - 2
okay our visit there today was not a very nice visit they were pretty much out of everything we couldn't even get the right chips or cookies then when it came for drinks hey everybody loves Dr pepper and guess what they're out of Dr pepper yes
Two people came in while we were eating and went right behind the counter and started making themselves food. While off the clock employees may be allowed to do that, they were not wearing masks like the other staff was, they were cussing and and joking around very loudly with the staff who were also eating cookies and food which just seems unsanitary to do around all of the food that customers eat.
Definitely not a place to come to eat!
